1.5 cups frozen mixed berries

Place the frozen berries, almond milk and half of the sliced banana in a blender and purée until smooth. While the mixture is still frozen and thick, transfer it to a bowl and top with the remaining ingredients.

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 banana sliced + frozen 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon hemp hearts 1 teaspoon chopped walnuts

QUICK TIP Peel and slice bananas before freezing them.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Measuring cups and spoons, blender, knife, cutting board and a bowl.
