Choose the recommended serving from each category to build a hearty and nourishing smoothie.

VEGGIES

• ½–1 C (125–250 ml) celery, cucumber, baby kale, or baby spinach

HEALTHY FAT

• ¼ avocado • 2 tsp (10 ml) nut butter • 1 tsp (5 ml) extra virgin olive oil (cold pressed), flax oil, or coconut oil

EXTRAS

Choose one

• 2 tsp (10 ml) cocoa • ¼ tsp (1.25 ml) Epicure Apple Pie or Chai spice • ⅛ tsp (0.625 ml) Epicure Ginger (ground) • ⅛ tsp (0.625 ml) Epicure Madras Curry • 1 tsp (5 ml) Epicure sweet dip mix • ¼ tsp (1.25 ml) matcha • 4 mint leaves

LEAN PROTEIN

• 1 scoop (35 g) Epicure Sweet Coconut Optimum Vegan Protein Blend • 1 C (250 ml) 2% cottage cheese or 2% plain Greek yogurt • 5 oz (140 g) silken tofu

FRUIT

• 1 C (250 ml) fresh/frozen chopped fruit, berries, or sliced bananas

FLUID

½ C (125 ml) brewed Epicure tea, water, lemon water, or ice cubes
