PRESENTERS Kayla Paulson Coordinator, 55+ Initiative (RSVP) United Way of East Central Iowa Kayla Paulson has spent her professional career in marketing, training, community relations, and volunteer management. An experienced trainer at state, regional, and national levels, her workshops are interactive, empowering, and customized to participant’s specific needs. Lauren Finke Executive Director Volunteer Center of Cedar Valley Serving as a director of this area’s largest volunteer training and service agency since 2008, Lauren Finke oversees the daily communication of volunteer opportunities for more than 150 nonprofit organizations. She has particular expertise in the recruitment and support of student volunteers from high schools, colleges, and universities.
