Social Media Coordinator Job Description: Summary: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Social Media Coordinator works closely with the marketing team to develop creative content for distribution across The DoSeum’s various social media channels. The position requires someone with excellent creative copywriting skills and passionate about creating dynamic content that drives guest engagement and elevates awareness of our brand. Additionally, the Social Media Coordinator candidate is expected to be well-versed in social media analytics, social media ad development and placement, display a positive attitude – ready to assist the broader team as needed. Marketing Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities: • Research audience preferences and discover current trends • Create engaging text, image and video content • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new promos/events • Measure web traffic and monitor SEO • Develop social media ad campaigns and place them • Stay up-to-date with changes across all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries • Report on online reviews and feedback from guests • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions • Manage and present monthly social analytics/web reports • Develop monthly social media calendar and execute changes upon request • Sustain strong relationship with local social media influencers • Create, place and monitor social media ads Minimum Qualifications • • • •

Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Communications or Marketing (or other related field) Experience in creative copy writing and/or managing social media At least two years work experience in social/ digital media management (or related field) Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required
