In case there are any technical glitches and or issues of website server etc from our end, rest assured, we will ensure to make up for the same by rescheduling it. In case the trainer feels there needs to be an edit in the curriculum so as to add more information, skills to help you as a participant, he is free to do so at his will. In case any participant is causing trouble or intentionally trying to disrupt the class, he or she can be asked to immediately stop their session or can be blocked and removed from the course with or without any explanation from our end, if the trainer feels this individual or groups intentions are nothing but to cause disruption and trouble to the entire class and the course which will be ongoing. No further communication or obligation will be existing from the trainer and from us towards such individuals who have been blocked from attending the course with no refund under any circumstances. As mentioned above, in case the session for a day or even in between gets cancelled due to a technical issue or a power failure from our end, we guarantee that we will reschedule the same to make up for the hours missed and this will be done based on everyone attending the sessions mutual consent of the next immediate course timing. A) What if there is a power failure? If there is a power failure at our end, we will communicate the same to our participants and re-schedule that particular session as per the missing session and or hours to make up for the lost time. If there is a power failure at your end, you can write to us on email and we will share the details of the session either via email within 48 hours or we will give you our trainers contact number wherein you can coordinate with him to conduct a special quick video session online via online Video or on phone in 30 minutes or less to cover in brief what you have missed as mutually agreeable. Yes, we know most

courses only share their video with you in case you miss them, but our trainer feels that your queries and learning cannot be achieved if you merely watch a video of the session that went by when you missed it. So, he has asked us to ensure that we give an additional opportunity for a special ‘one on one video’ online mode session in case something like this happens. Do

note: This can be done for a maximum of two times for each participant who has missed it during this 6 day course session for a maximum of 30 minutes in each session on mutually agreeable date and time. In case you miss out on a session due to personal reasons like went for a party or function or need to see a movie etc, then we will not be responsible for the same since the timings are already decided and shared much in advance with the participants so that they can plan the schedule accordingly. The discretion to allow this additional 30 minutes of one on one video is at the trainer’s end. In case you miss the session due to any genuine family or health related issue or actual office or work related unavoidable circumstances, you can coordinate with the trainer and as suggested by the trainer cover the same in the said 30 minutes as mentioned above in a refresher session online in the next few days as mutually agreeable one on one with the trainer on video online. On similar lines, if there are any such unavoidable circumstances from our end (sudden emergency, unavoidable and unexpected disruption of routine as an emergency etc), we will inform you and reschedule the complete session in advance and also as per everyone’s convenience and mutual agreement. These are only extreme case scenarios and do not usually happen, but we have drafted the same to ensure things are set, organized and taken care of even in cases of emergencies. Do note, what constitutes an emergency to reschedule will be at the discretion of the trainer based on the scenarios shared above and is not debatable under any circumstances. We would not want any participant to miss any session and we would love for all of you to have a resourceful learning experience with us that will add value to your understand and professional skills in this field. B) What do I need for this course? – You need a computer / laptop or an electronic device that can enable you to attend such video sessions. For eg. Laptop, webcam, electricity, internet connection, your browser and system that supports video sessions, may be a notepad and pen to note down few important points etc. Tentatively we are planning this via Google hangouts! In case you have never used google hangouts, once you book your seat, please send us an email and we will share the trainer’s details with you and you can have a maximum of a 10 minute video testing run on google hangout with him to help you use google hangout. C) At the end of the session, what happens? – We understand that just attending a session or a course does not give you that extra edge and because of this, we have designed few assignments in between the sessions, one big group assignment and also one final exam to assess your skills of the same. Even after all of this, we thought of taking this a step further and as suggested by the trainer, we have incorporated a SPECIAL option for participants to (On approval and as per final edits suggested by the trainer) to even get an opportunity to BLOG as a FEATURED Author on our Corporate Blog for specific topics as assigned by the trainer. What if I feel I did not like or learn as much as I had expected from this course? – This is a 6 day course of 16 hours. T) Follow the sessions: Yes, it’s quite simple really. The trainer will give process and steps to follow during the live sessions and during the assignments, which if followed will definitely add more value to your learning experience. No one will be forced to share any information that they are uncomfortable sharing or revealing and we will respect your privacy and expect you to do the same. During the session, you will be asked to try out social sites online and post ‘content’ as per the course sessions and assignments across sites like ‘pinterest, twitter, facebook, wordpress, instagram, etc’ as part of the guided process to you by the trainer and following these steps will only make the experience more exciting, wonderful, resourceful and insightful.
