Information Needed
Synopsis: On 12-17-2012, at 11:55 p.m., a man similar to the above composite was seen in the 2200 block of Carol View Drive in Cardiff. He was wearing a green hooded sweatshirt and was reported to be nude from the waist down. He was reported to have exposed himself while engaging in a lewd act. He has been observed on two other occasions (November 29th and December 7th) prior to this latest incident. The victims are adult females who live in the area.
