*This end of the year rate DOES apply for professional law corporations (CA) (includes the corporate registration with the State Bar of CA), professional medical corporations (CA), and professional physical therapy corporations (CA).

o Traditionally $4,700 ($3,500 flat fee + $1,200 deposit for costs), end of year rates: $3,700 ($2,500 flat fee + the $1,200 deposit for costs).
