50 coffee cards for you to give away to 50 attendees
Logo on the complimentary coffee cards
Logo on the Facebook event when the date is announced and mentions throughout the page leading up to the meeting
Logo on website when the date is announced
The opportunity to set up a display during the meeting
Your commitment : $250 including GST Sponsorship terms and conditions. Bookings are subject to availability (1 x per month) and meeting dates are confirmed one month prior. Particular dates for meetings are at the discretion of the Ballarat Cars n Coffee organisers . If you are booked in for a particular month but not able to attend once the date is announced, we will immediately rebook for the next available month. Sponsors must be related to the automotive industry. Pre-payment for the full sponsorship amount is due 10 days before the meeting date. Set up from 7.00am and packed down by 10.00am. Maximum display set up size must not be more than the equivalent of 2 x car parks. Please be mindful of the residential area and noise will need to be kept at a reasonable level as at the discretion of the organisers. All coffee, beverages and food items are supplied by Sovereign Hill catering services and you cannot sell or giveaway any food / beverage items without prior consent.
