Preparation: 1. Using a skillet, set up the Benny by placing one piece of leaf lettuce and three orange slices on the left side of the skillet 2. Place one half of a grilled croissant on the right side of the skillet. 3. Heat the ham on the flattop grill and place on top of the croissant 4. Heat portabella mushrooms and swiss cheese in a pan and cover ham when melted 5. Poach two eggs and place them on top 6. Cover the eggs with Hollandaise Sauce. 7. Sell by placing the skillet on an oval platter with a Scrambler Side 8. Sprinkle paprika on the hollandaise sauce.

Place combo cheese on top of scrambled eggs and place in salamander. 5. Place eggs with melted cheese on bottom-half of brioche bun. 6. Place two strips of bacon on top of eggs and top-half of bun on top. 7. Sell on a round plate with a Scrambler Side.
