WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A BREWER? I worked as the global innovation director at SABMiller, but it took a trip to the racetrack at Laguna Seca in California in 2013 to experience artisanal beer the way I had always hoped beer could be. It was an eyeopener and a life-changer.
