Two  dynamic,  pro-­‐style  practices  per  week  (FEB-­‐JULY)   Education  and  Skills  Training  on  multiple  positions  for  each  player   Concentrations  on  baseball/speed  conditioning   On  Field  Mentor-­‐ship  by  our  more  advanced  players   Free  access  to  the  facility  outside  of  practice  and  lesson  times     Three  Double  Headers  /  Two  Tournaments  (MAR-­‐APR)   Average  Two  Tournaments  a  Month  (MAY-­‐JULY)   Advanced  Scheduling  of  Practices,  Tournaments  and  Events   An  emphasis  on  preparation  and  skills  development  for  Summer  Events   Lowest  Monthly  Fees  in  the  area  w/  Multi-­‐player  Family  discounts   Education  and  Guidance  on  preparing  for  High  School  and  Collegiate  baseball

A  persistent  Positive  Attitude  and  a  steadfast  Work  Ethic  from  all  ages   Be  on  time  to  begin  every  scheduled  team  practice   Come  prepared  for  challenging  fast  tempo  practices  and  conditioning   An  understanding  that  all  players  mature  their  skills  at  different  rates

A  highly  educated  staff  with  Graduate  Degrees.  W e  aren’t  just  players.     Seven  coaches  w/  MLB,  MiLB,  Collegiate  and  High  School  experience   Concentration  on  the  developmental  process,  not  the  outcomes.

Develop  Student  Athletes  that  can  achieve  their  athletic  and  academic  goals   Ensure  each  player  has  the  required  core  fitness  and  skills  to  play  the  game   Provide  a  positive,  coordinated,  yet  challenging  educational  environment   Teach  each  player  the  right  way  to  play  the  game  coupled  with  sound  work  ethic   Compete  at  valued,  quality  events  that  are  m eaningful  to  collegiate  accession  

 

What  we  don’t  do:   Ø Ø Ø

We  don’t  concentrate  on  tournament  outcomes   We  don’t  overstaff  our  teams  just  to  collect  more  fees   We  don’t  collect  players  that  think  they  are  already  MLB  All  Stars
