Services The Ohio Data Center serves as a hosting site for law firm data and systems, protecting against business interruptions. Services include: • Backup and recovery—Safeguards data by making multiple on-site and off-site copies to be restored in the event of disaster, data corruption, hardware failure or human error. • Replication—Using real time or near-real time, data is moved to a location outside the primary storage system or to another facility to allow for quick restoration in the event of physical damage to systems and buildings. • Security—Applies best practices and security technology to the storage system to augment server and network security measures. • Systems and application management—Exceptional service delivery with 100 percent satisfaction rates for management of law firm systems and applications. • Network services—Network design and consulting, validation and testing, implementation, management and monitoring.
Power
Power protection maintains reliable data security. • Core power is provided by a 2,500kVA transformer; upgradeable to a second 2,500-kVA transformer. • For each compartment, we offer up to 1,500 kW of power. • Power density is up to 1,000 W/sq. ft. • We provide up to 5 MVA of UPS power conditioning. • Two 1-MW Caterpillar® backup generators are present, with fuel storage for a minimum of 72 hours.
Cooling
Cooling system is efficient and effective. • Features compartmentalized, redundant 1,200-ton chilled water cooling system. • Modules contain up to 16, 10-ton air handling units. • Features welded bi-directional piping design. • Humidification provided by steam canister in module. • Leak detection conducted via ropestyle outside module and spot-leak detection inside module. • Efficiency is achieved via waterside economization, variable speed chillers, pumps, fans and smallcompartment cooling.
Fire Protection
Fire protection is focused on detection and suppression. • The building offers HSSD fire detection. • Fire suppression is via Clean Agent Gas.
• Monitor and take corrective actions as required to ensure that environmental conditions are within prescribed limits. • Assist security in escorting customers and service vendors. • Log trouble reports.
Security
Security measures allow for appropriate 24/7/365 access as your needs dictate. • This facility is SSAE 16 and Safe Harbor certified. • Guard staff is on-site at all times. • The building has all-day, every-day digital video surveillance. • Biometric screening provides an additional level of protection.
Telecommunications
We offer flexible services for your specific needs. Our Data Center and Network Operations Support offers 24/7/365 fully managed technology and telecommunication services. On-site duty staff provides 24/7 smart remote hands and technical support. • The facility offers dual entrances for local carrier access. In addition, diverse in-house cabling to the meet-me-room (MMR). • Our facility is carrier-neutral from a local access and long haul perspective. • Multiple Internet service providers— including tw telecom®, Level 3®, and Verizon® are available.
