6th March, 2018 Dear Josephians, SJPS 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner I am pleased to announce that the SJPS 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday 10th November, 2018. The dinner will be a grand occasion to gather all past and present Josephians for a time of reunion and celebration. I anticipate that our Josephian community including students, parents and alumni will join us for this festive event to conclude all the celebrations for this very special year of our school. 10th November, 2018 (Saturday) 6:00 p.m. - Reception 7:00 p.m. - Banquet commences Grand Hall, Level 3, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wanchai, Hong Kong Western Formal $1,600 per seat or $19,200 per table (12 guests per table) (Ticket prices for adults and children are the same) 1. Please complete and return the Ticket Order Form to the school, together with a crossed cheque, bank deposit slip or bank transaction record no later than Friday, 29th June, 2018. As seats are limited, we expect tickets will be sold out quickly. You may reserve either by individual seat(s) or by table(s). 2. Tickets are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please order early to avoid disappointment. 3. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt and clearance of payment. We will issue an email to confirm. 4. All net proceeds will go to the “SJPS Golden Jubilee Education Fund” for the benefit of SJPS. The school will have the sole discretion in allocating seats and the location of tables. In particular, if a full table is not reserved, other guests will likely be seated at that table. Old boys from the same or approximate class(es) will be seated around the same area. Further details will be announced closer to the event. If you have already ordered tickets through the students’ reservation arrangement, there is no need to order tickets again in this round unless you want additional tickets. We cannot guarantee that the guests holding tickets booked through the 2 systems will be seated together. The school reserves all rights on ticketing matters.
