2016 Stadium Guide ADA Accessible Entrances All public entrances are ADA Accessible.

ADA – Accommodations for Guests with Disabilities Parking Parking for disabled guests is available in all public lots and is on a first come, first serve basis. Parking attendants will direct guests to the nearest disabled parking area. Guests must have the required state issued disabled parking identification.

ADA Seating ADA Seating is available on all levels (in front of Sections 102, 112, 114, 115, 119, 120, 122, 123, 124, 130, 131, 132 and the top of Sections 114 & 120). All of the seated sections are equipped with one or two aisle seats.

Alcohol Policy Talen Energy Stadium and Spectra Food Service promote the responsible sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages. • All guests purchasing alcohol who appear to be less than 40 years old must present a valid ID. • A purchase limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages per trip will be enforced. • All alcohol sales will cease in the seating bowl, concession stands and portables at the completion of the 70:00 minute mark in the second half, but may also be discontinued earlier at the discretion of Talen Energy Stadium. • No alcohol will be served to guests who appear intoxicated. • Adult guests passing alcohol to anyone under the age of 21 will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. • Guests possessing alcohol who do not have proof of being 21 or older will be subject to arrest and citation. 5

Alcohol Policy (Continued) • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest. • No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought inside Talen Energy Stadium. • Gatekeepers monitoring the exits will request that guests finish or dispose of alcoholic beverage before exiting the stadium. Areas will be monitored for alcohol misuse and underage drinking, and reported to authorities.

Animals Services animals and service animals in training are permitted at Talen Energy Stadium. All other animals are prohibited.

Automated Teller Machines (ATM) Automated Teller Machines are located at the PPL EnergyPlus Gate (behind Section 112) and the CrozerPremier Gate (behind Section 120) on the North end of the stadium.

Bag Check Policy All bags and backpacks smaller than 12” x 12” x 12” are permitted into Talen Energy Stadium. All carry-ins are subject to inspection upon entering the stadium.

Banners Signs, banners or similar items that are obscene or indecent, not event-related, potentially offensive to other patrons, capable of blocking the views of other guests or otherwise deemed dangerous and 6

Banners (Continued) inappropriate by Talen Energy Stadium management are prohibited. Signs must be handheld, eventrelated, in good taste and cannot obstruct another guest’s view or otherwise interfere with another guest’s enjoyment of the game. They may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsement and may not be hung on the stadium structure. Signs on poles or sticks larger than two (2) feet in length, constructed of wood or metal material, are also not permitted.

Camera and Video Equipment Guests are permitted to bring cameras and video equipment into Talen Energy Stadium, provided they are intended for personal use only. Cameras with a lens longer than eight (8) inches may not be brought inside the stadium, except by credentialed media. Taping of any game footage is strictly prohibited by Major League Soccer. Guests are not permitted to stand in the aisles, portals or walkways, or obstruct others from viewing the game while 7

Carry-in Items Carry-in items are not allowed in the stadium. Carryin items include food, drinks, cans, glass containers and alcohol.

Concession and Food Service There are 15 concession stands and 25 portable carts located throughout the stadium serving a variety of food and drinks.

Designated Driver Program Philadelphia Union and Talen Energy Stadium work with TEAM COALITION to promote safe consumption of alcohol. Fans can pledge to be a designated driver during the 2016 season at the Guest Services desk behind Section 113. Each fan that pledges will be entered into a drawling run by TEAM COALITION to win a trip to the 2016 All-Star Game. For more information please visit Guest Services, located behind Section 113.

Dogfish Head River Deck Beer Garden The Dogfish Head River Deck Beer Garden is open to all fans from the time that gates open until the end of the match. Fans can enjoy a great view of the stadium and Dogfish Head crafted beer! Enjoy burgers, dogs and much more as you watch the game from one of the best views in the stadium. Fans can enter the River Deck through the staircase behind section 102. 8

Elevators Three elevators are conveniently located throughout the park and are also available to service guests with disabilities. Elevators are located behind Section 117, Section 107/108 and Section 122.

Emergency Evacuation In the event of an emergency, stadium personnel have been trained and instructed to assist guests in evacuating the premises.

Entrances There are four (4) public entrances into Talen Energy Stadium. The Crozer-Premier Gate is the northeast entrance to the stadium. The Talen Energy Gate is the northwest entrance of the stadium. The Supporter’s Gate is located in the southwest corner of the stadium. Premium seat holders can enter the Club and Suite Entrance located at the north side of the stadium. A separate Media Gate entrance is also located in the southwest corner of the stadium.

Family Restrooms Talen Energy Stadium was designed with family restrooms for the use of guests with small children and guests with disabilities. These restrooms are located on the concourse behind Sections 124, 106, Suite Level outside Suites 331 and 313. All family restrooms are accessible and equipped with baby changing tables.

Fan Code of Conduct • Guests will enjoy the entertainment experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures. • Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat. • Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting. • Progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests’ actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field. • Guests will refrain from wearing or brining obscene or indecent clothing, banners or flags. • Guests will promptly and carefully return the ball to a stadium staff member or a ball kid on the sidelines in the event that a soccer ball enters the stands. • Guests will refrain from mistreatment of visiting team fans, players and officials, including verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontations, intimidation or threating behavior. Guests will be ejected from Talen Energy Stadium for violating the fan code of conduct. *Disclaimer: Guests who choose not to adhere to the code of conduct will be subject to ejection without refund and the potential for loss of ticket privileges for future games, arrest and prosecution. Guests will also be required to take the online Fan Code of Conduct class. 10

Fan Code of Conduct Class Any guest deemed in violation of the Fan Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection from Talen Energy Stadium. Any fan ejected from Talen Energy Stadium will have to complete the online Fan Code of Conduct class. The fee for the class is $250. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Philadelphia Union Foundation. Fans must receive 70% or better to pass the class. After completion of the course, the fan can submit their request for re-admittance into the stadium.

First Aid Medical treatment is available at the First Aid Station, located behind Section 129.

Field Dimensions Talen Energy Stadium field is 75 yd x 120 yd.

Field Trespassing Any unauthorized person venturing onto the playing field, will be arrested, fined and banned from the stadium.

Game Times For the 2016 Philadelphia Union season, match times will be between 1:30pm – 8:00pm. Matches are generally Saturday or Sunday, but there is an occasional Wednesday or Friday match. For a complete list of game times please log onto http://www.philadelphiaunion.com/schedule.

Gate Openings Clubs & Suites will open 90 minutes prior to Union game time. General Admission will open one (1) hour prior to Union game time. Toyota Plaza will open two (2) hours prior to Union game time.

Guest Assist GuestAssist is the text messaging service available to guests at Talen Energy Stadium. A guest may call for assistance during events by sending a text message from their cell phone. The text message is received by a stadium representative and the appropriate assistance is dispatched from the Event Command Post. If necessary, the stadium representative may have a dialogue with the guest through the exchange of text messages. By using the GuestAssist system, guest will be able to report issues and concerns ask for information and call for assistance in a fast, easy and convenient way.

Guest Services Guest Services is located behind Section 113. It is open when Talen Energy Stadium gates open and will remain open until thirty (30) minutes following the game to assist guests with lost and found, lost children, stadium directions, emergencies, and accommodations for guests with disabilities. Group Outings Bring your group to Talen Energy Stadium! Contact a Philadelphia Union ticket sales representative at 610-497-9909 or email groups@philadelphiaunion. com. Group Discounts Groups of 10 or more can receive a savings of up to $8 per ticket. All tickets purchased as part of a discounted group package must be in the same price level. Groups of 30 or more will have their group’s name displayed in lights on the stadium video board. Inside the Net This year the Official Philadelphia Union Game Day Program is going digital. Parking Refer to section ADA – Accommodations for Guests with Disabilities Parking for information on ADA reserved parking. On-site parking will be $20. Philadelphia Union Full Season Ticket Holders and 9 Game Plan Season Ticket Holders can purchase a parking pass for the 2016 season. Please note the following regulation: • No in and out parking. • Overnight parking is prohibited. • No charcoal barbeques. No selling or soliciting any items at any time in the parking lots All parking lots have ADA parking and spaces available on a first come first serve basis.

Premium Seating Field Level Seats – These seats are comparable to sitting courtside at an NBA game and they provide a view of the entire field. Field Level Seats include Stadium Club access, parking passes and priority options for terrace seating in the Stadium Club. 15

Premium Seating (Continued) Field Side Tables – These seats are ideal for companies or businesses who are looking to have field access but want to take it to the next level. Included is a private table for four (4), complimentary parking passes, and in-seat food and beverage dining. Manager’s Row – These seats are directly behind the player benches and provide a close midfield viewpoint. Those with Manager’s Row Seats have access to the exclusive Union Club where each seat will have its own personal locker and complimentary food and beverage (soft drinks) before every game. Also included are complimentary parking passes, and an invitation to a team luncheon with members of the coaching staff and front office. Luxury Suites – Each Luxury Suite ranges in size from 14 to 30 people and are ideal for corporate and/or social group outings. Each luxury suite is a climate controlled environment with access to both inside and outside seating. Public Transportation Take the SEPTA Wilmington/Newark Regional Rail line to the Chester Transportation Center (6th & Welch Street). There will be a free shuttle service to Talen Energy Stadium and back, with service beginning four (4) hours prior to game time. Fans will need to show a SEPTA ticket to get on the shuttle buses. Following matches, shuttles returning to the Chester Transportation Center will be parked along Front Street, which is immediately to the right after exiting via the Talen Energy Gate (main gate). Re-entry Policy Guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. However, in the case of an emergency, a guest may receive a signature on their ticket stub from a gate supervisor, which will permit a guest to re-enter the stadium at the same gate. Guests who leave the stadium at any time, without the signature of the gate supervisor will not be permitted to re-enter with the same ticket.

Restrooms A total of twenty-nine (29) restrooms are conveniently located throughout Talen Energy Stadium. Twelve (12) Men’s, fifteen (15) Women’s, and two (2) Family restrooms equipped with changing tables. In addition, there is a restroom on the concourse level on the northwest side of the stadium for wheelchair guests who are seated in the Field Level area. Family Restrooms are located on the concourse behind Sections 124, 106, Suite Level outside Suites 331 and 313.

Seating Policy Only those with a ticket for that particular seat will be able to occupy the seat.

Smoking Smoking is allowed only in the smoking pens outside the Crozer-Premier and Media Gates of Talen Energy Stadium. Smoking is prohibited in the entire seating bowl of the stadium as well as the concourse and in the restrooms. This includes e-cigarettes.

Special Occasions Philadelphia Union games are the perfect place to host your birthday, bachelor/bachelorette party and even to get engaged. Special ticket packages are available for group outings and special occasions. For more information visit philadelphiaunion.com.

Stairs There are stairs located in each corner of the stadium. You can find stairs behind Sections 132, 122, 112 and 102.

Standing Sections All guests of Talen Energy Stadium are encouraged to enjoy the event from the comfort of the seat that is indicated on their ticket. Please keep in mind that when you stand, you block the view of other guests behind you. It is not the Union’s intent to limit the enjoyment of the game and cheering after great plays, but continuous standing in the seating areas will not be tolerated except in Sections 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139 and 140.

Supporter’s Section The Supporter’s Section (Sections 134-140) will be filled with passionate soccer fans whose purpose will be to create an intimidating atmosphere for the opposition while cheering the team on to victory. The Sons of Ben are the official recognized supporter group of Philadelphia Union and sit in the River End section of Talen Energy Stadium. This section will stand, sing and chant for all ninety (90) minutes of the match. Please take this into consideration before choosing seats in this section.

Tailgating Tailgating is permitted within two (2) feet of the back bumper of your car at Talen Energy Stadium. You may also tailgate at Toyota Plaza on the grass area only.

Ticket Policy for Children Children two (2) years of age and under do not need a ticket to enter Talen Energy Stadium. They must be seated on a parent or guardian’s lap.

Ticket Scalping Re-sale of tickets is prohibited anywhere on Talen Energy Stadium grounds.

Ticket Services Ticket Services is located across from Section 120 near the Crozer-Premier Gate. On game days the Ticket Services window is open for future ticket purchases or ticket related issues, including temporary handicap seat relocation. The Ticket Services table is located behind Sections 112/113 next to the Union Shop.

Toyota Plaza Two (2) hours prior to every home game, Union fans have the opportunity to experience the pre-game excitement in the Toyota Plaza. The Toyota Plaza is located on the northwest side of Talen Energy Stadium and has something for fans of all ages. It features food and beverage concessions, live music, giveaways and interactive inflatables. Be sure to check out the Toyota Plaza before every home game!

Video Board Designed by Panasonic, the large LED display (39’ x 22’) is located above the club on the north end of the stadium. In addition, Talen Energy Stadium has two (2) full color LED ribbons located on the east and west sides of the stadium above the suites and field level LEDs.

Water Fountains Water fountains are located behind Sections 102, 105, 110, 114, 120 and 132. Cups of ice will be available to all fans during games with high temperatures. Please visit a concession stand that sells fountain sodas to receive a complimentary cup of ice.

Weapons Weapons are not allowed in the parking lots or anywhere at Talen Energy Stadium. This includes but is not limited to: guns, knives, mace, handcuffs, nightstick, caps, blackjacks, etc. Possession of any weapon will be subject to immediate dismissal.

50/50 Raffle The Philadelphia Union Foundation will be hosting a 50/50 Raffle at all Union home games this season. One lucky fan will go home with half of the collected amount for each game. The other half of proceeds will benefit the Philadelphia Union Foundation, the Philadelphia Union’s charitable arm. Tickets will be sold (cash only): 3 for $5, 10 for $10, and 40 for $20. Look for various kiosks and ticket sellers in the concourse, clubs and suites in Talen Energy Stadium. Sales begin two (2) hours prior to first kick with ticket sellers in the tailgating lots and on Toyota Plaza. Ticket Sales will ending the 75th minute. The winning ticket number will be announced at the conclusion of each match.
