STARTERS FISH & SHELLFISH SOUP with rouille, Parmesan and croutons. Flavored with tomato, saffron, garlic, red peppers, fennel and a pinch of cayenne. PAN-FRIED SCALLOPS with broad beans on sourdough toast. SASHIMI OF SEA TROUT, SEA BASS, SCALLOP AND TUNA wasabi, pickled ginger, daikon, shiso leaves and soy dipping sauce. SQUID with chorizo, new potatoes, red pepper and garlic.

MAINS INDONESIAN SEAFOOD CURRY sea bass, cod and prawns served with pilau rice and a green bean and grated coconut salad with crispy fried shallots, garlic and chilli. 12oz FULL FACE RUMP STEAK with thin cut chips and mixed leaf salad. CHARGRILLED FILLETS OF SEABASS with tomato and vanilla vinaigrette. COD AND CHIPS served with mushy peas and tartare sauce.

DESSERTS WHITE CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA with poached rhubarb. CHEESECAKE salted peanut butter and chocolate. STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING with clotted cream.
