Stewart Domke, Midlothian ISD Board Trustee Stewart Domke has been in sales for over 20 years. As a Texas representative for a beverage company, Domke has developed long lasting relationships in the business world that directly translate to overseeing a school system. “The importance of communication and collaboration is essential in any organization but especially so to a high performing organization,” said Domke. We must make sure that “everyone knows the end goal, so the people making things happen, in our case teachers, feel engaged and have a clear understanding of the direction of the organization.” Domke’s business background enables him to know the difference between a need versus a want. He strives to use ”whatever dollars we have available to best create longlasting experiences for the students of Midlothian schools.” He attended Lancaster High School but has family ties to Midlothian since his grandfather along with other relatives grew up here.
