Strasburg Man Charged with Murder of Son 17th Judicial District Attorney Dave Young today announced the filing of murder charges against a Strasburg man in connection with his son’s death. Timothy Eugene Shively (DOB 09/08/45) is charged with first-degree murder (F1) in the shooting death Saturday of Sean Adam Shively, 38. He also is charged with first-degree attempted murder (F2) of Cole Lee Garmann, 24. Timothy Shively will be advised of the charges at 8:30 a.m. Thursday in Division G of Adams County Court. He is held without bond.
