Organisations around the world today have unanimously agreed that innovation is no longer optional and the rationale for innovating can range from maintaining market position, entering a new market, gaining access to unique resources or materials, meeting regulatory requirements, attracting talent, or simply meeting the expectations of diverse stakeholders. This means that innovation needs to occur in every corner of the organisation, with as many people partaking in the effort, across all levels and functions. The challenge however lies in getting every single talent on board the innovation journey! In this workshop, we shall be sharing our proprietary InnovAsian® Framework, in addition to outcomes from our study of the innovation climate in Asia - with insights from over 2000 people, from 11 countries. Discussions shall be supplemented with insights from our vast experience in assisting organisations in Asia implement an innovation culture across the board and on their innovation journey of successfully embedding innovation in the organisation. Facilitators/Speakers Azim is an innovation strategy and foresight specialist. Over the last ten years, he has been instrumental in transforming Alpha Catalyst Consulting (ACC) into one of Asia’s leading innovation consulting companies. He has extensive experience in innovation measurement as well as establishing innovation approaches and frameworks within organisations. He has managed many innovation related projects on strategy development, corporate culture change, organisational realignment, mergers and acquisitions. As an Asian Innovation Thought Leader, Azim is regularly invited to speak, write and support initiatives on innovation. He is a sought after speaker at innovation and other conferences held around the Asia Pacific region and has frequently been featured in discussions about the state of innovation in Malaysia. Dr. Suraya is a specialist in the social side of innovation implementation, on aspects relating to innovation culture and
 capability. She helps organisations address growth
 and transformational challenges through innovation. She works closely with internal cross-functional teams to identify the resources and roles required to expedite innovation whilst building their capacity to lead and drive innovation.
