Course Withdrawal Procedures Any student wishing to withdraw must report to the registrar, secure the proper forms, and complete the withdrawal process. No refunds will be made until the required withdrawal procedures have been completed. Failure to properly withdraw may result in an âFâ being assigned in the course.
Tuition Refund Policy Tuition refund requests shall be made at the H.E.S.I. Administrative Office. Refunds will be made according to the following schedule:
Regular Credit Courses Prior to first day of semester or term
Percent Refund 100%
Less a $5 Service Charge
During the first week of class* After the first week of class
50% 0%
*Refund checks will be processed and mailed within Fourteen (14) business days. *No refund will be given after the first week of class. Extraordinary circumstance involving tuition refund, including withdrawal during the semester for medical reasons, shall be brought to the attention of the Dean of Students. The Chancellor shall make the final decision on such refund requests.
Balance must be paid in full no later than the third week of classes
