We have a Visit Scotland Taste Our Best award; this means that we strive for sustainability, sourcing food locally where possible to keep food miles to a minimum, and using quality ingredients of Scottish provenance and the freshest seasonal produce. Our beef is 100% Scottish and supplied by John Henderson Meat Specialist Ltd; our fish is landed daily and supplied by George Campbell and Sons
