Aqua Aerobics This class incorporates strength and toning exercises with moderate-to-high-intensity aerobics using both the natural resistance of the water and “water weights.” * Add’l Fee for Thursdays, Body by Bari, Aqua Aerobics-- $12 for Members and $15 for NonMembers.

Cardio Dance Get your cardio on while dancing to a variety of music such as pop, world, and hip hop. No dance experience is needed. In this 45 minute, lunch-time express class, you'll sweat out your stress and use heart-pumping dance moves to strengthen and sculpt your body! Circuit City This circuit training class uses TRX®, dumbbells, resistance band, and stability equipment to combine strength, balance and cardio for one kick-butt workout-- all done to timed intervals. Modifiable for all levels. Gym Fit – Combo/Cardio/Strength A total body workout using the gym, training room and open areas. Weights, machines, TRX, kettlebells, med balls, and resistance bands—this class has it all! Combo has a focus of cardio and strength, Cardio is primarily a cardiovascular workout, and Strength has a focus of resistance training. Join Gym Fit and keep your body guessing--every workout is always different! Included with membership and designed to help our valued members get the results they are looking for. Indoor Cycling Indoor cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. You will be kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you, and the music. This class can be taken for 1 or 2 hours depending on your preference! Mat Pilates This Pilates class follows the classical routine with instruction and hands--on help for alignment and understanding of the movement. The class incorporates strength, stretch and stability and modifies for your needs.

Mix it Up! This is an extremely fun and energizing class that blends strength, balance, and core exercises with aerobic movements. Come mix it up using a variety of apparatuses, and class formats, to ensure a complete workout. Pilates (In Studio)* *Add’l Fee Come learn the basics of Pilates with Trina our certified STOTT Pilates Instructor. Enjoy using the Pilates Studio while you lengthen and strengthen muscles like never before. You will find the necessity for Pilates in your life! Space Limited, call ahead. Spartan SGX *Add’l Fee This is a comprehensive and progressive group personal training program designed to improve strength, power, muscular endurance, and aerobic capacity. The course includes a fully-detailed training schedule and nutritional guide. Program leads up to the Spartan Sprint, June 17-18, 2017. TSC (Thompson Senior Center) Aqua Aerobics *Add’l Fee Aqua Aerobics with Coach Bari! Participants must sign up through the Thompson Center in Woodstock, VT. This is a pre-registered class. Yoga Flow & Restore Incorporating pranayama, meditation and flowing movement with longer holds. Warm up the body and then take it down to enhance the experience with longer holds to deeply stretch, open, and calm. Hatha Yoga Hatha yoga is a vigorous class consisting of sun and moon salutation. It integrates postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation to harmonize you on every level - body, mind and spirit. It is a mindful and moving class. Slow Flow Yoga A gentle class to flow with breath from one pose to the next. Longer holds in between transitions let you feel into poses with each breath and focus on alignment. Vinyasa Yoga A Vinyasa practice works to increase strength, flexibility, endurance and greater body awareness. Modifications offered throughout class to make this accessible for all levels. Yoga & Meditation Classes will include meditation to promote quiet and contemplation with a monthly focus, breathing and chanting to balance the nervous system, and flowing asana sequences that gently energize the body.
