Join in one of the free classes designed especially for mums. All classes are at beginner level with experienced trainers. Enjoy the social benefits of exercising with other mums. *To be eligible for mums and bubs classes you must have a child 0 to 5 years of age. Crèche is provided for mums and bubs activities.

Mums and bubs classes will break over the Christmas period from week beginning 18 December 2017 returning week beginning 8 January 2018. Coolum Friday class will break for Australia Day and Good Friday.

Dancing Dance classes are held at the Millwell Road Community Centre, Maroochydore*

Dancing is a perfect, low impact, fun and effective way to help you stay fit and healthy. Dancing also helps with coordination, balance, flexibility and strength, all while having a great time! Why not come and try a new type of dance and experience the fun. Join in one of the four dance types on offer over 20 weeks. Each dance type will run for 5 consecutive weeks.

Learn to Mountain Bike Program commences March 2018, bookings open February 2018 – head to council’s website to book.

You don’t need to be fit as a fiddle or have a wardrobe full of active wear to feel amazing.

Come join Women on Wheels (WoW) for some introductory bike riding aimed to get you off road for the first time. If you want to learn to ride better on or off road, this program will take you through a staged number of rides to build skills and confidence culminating in a beginners off road mountain bike ride. So, come join WoW and get back on a bike with a supportive group of riding women!

Guided Bushwalking

Sunshine Coast Bushwalkers are hosting a number of introductory bushwalks for women of all ages across the Coast. Ever wanted to know where to bushwalk on the coast? Want to join a good group of experienced walkers as they guide in some of the best walks the coast has to offer? Then this is the program for you.
