SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Superior Court Judge Phillip Lewis Paley, who on September 17, 2012 will retire on pension and having given his consent, is hereby prospectively recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, effective September 17, 2012 for two years or until further Order; and
It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall Judge Paley will be temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Middlesex County (Vicinage 8).
