Island Vibes Stay and Play Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes") Official Sweepstakes Rules 1.

Eligibility:

No purchase is necessary. Open to all persons, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Tenants and contractors of Center and each of their respective employees of IMP TRG LLC, as owner of the regional shopping center commonly known as International Market Place (“Center”), employees of The Taubman Company LLC as well as the immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses of each) and household members thereof are not eligible to enter or win any prize(s). This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by local, state or federal laws. Only one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Only one (1) prize per household. 2.

Sweepstakes Period:

The Sweepstakes begins June 13, 2017 at 10 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time and ends August 28, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. 3.

To Enter:

Register for the International Market Place Island Vibes Stay and Play Sweepstakes. Registration is free and no purchase is necessary. Entries must be completed through the Sweepstakes online registration page only. Entries via the Sweepstakes registration page must be received during Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Alternately, you may enter Sweepstakes by emailing your name, address, phone number and email address to [email protected] with the subject line filled in with “Attn: Island Vibes Stay and Play Sweepstakes. Emailed entries must be received the day before each Drawing Date to be eligible for that drawing. No mailed, phoned or faxed entries will be accepted. Entrants agree to be bound by all Sweepstakes rules. Non-winning entries will continue to be eligible for future Drawing Dates only during the Sweepstakes Period. Use of any automated system to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the case of a dispute of the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. 4.

Prize(s):

On or about each day listed below (“Drawing Dates”) at approximately10:00 a.m., one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all entries up to the Drawing Date during the Sweepstakes Period. If your entry is not selected on a Drawing Date, it will still be eligible for remaining drawing on the remaining Drawing Dates, if any. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The following is a description of the prize to be awarded to one winner on each of the Drawing Dates: one (1) Certificate to be redeemed at the Marriott Laylow Waikiki Hotel for a two (2) night stay at Marriott Laylow Waikiki inclusive of room, breakfast, valet, and all associated fees valued at three hundred fifty and 00/100 dollars ($350). Prizes are non-transferable and may not be given, bartered or sold. There are no cash or prize substitutes. Center reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. The Drawing Dates are as follows: a. Winner(s) need not be present to win and will be notified email. Winner may be required to sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and complete a W-9 Form to be awarded prize. Prize must be claimed no later than Sept 30th 2017. For details, terms and conditions of the Certificates, please contact Marriott Laylow Waikiki or see terms on the certificate. If the prize is not claimed within such time, winner fails to meet eligibility requirements or does not sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and W-9, then an alternate winner will be selected. 5.

Limitation of Liability:

By entering Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and that the decision of the Center is final. Center will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these rules. However, Center shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes without any further obligation due to events beyond its control. Center is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online Sweepstakes registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, postage due, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Center’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Center reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date. Entrants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the owners of Center and The Taubman Company LLC, their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes and/or entrant’s acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or lost or misdirected prizes. Winner(s) will be responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with winning the prize(s). 6.

General:

Winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Center and its affiliates to use his/her name, photograph and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without compensation. 7.

Privacy:

Unless an entrant has selected to “opt-in” to receive the Center eBulletin and other marketing information from Center on the Sweepstakes registration form or official entry blank, information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Center or any third party. Once the Sweepstakes, including any known or


unknown extensions of the Sweepstakes has ended, all information supplied by entrants will be removed from the database.
