You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of Yuma County, AZ or Imperial County, CA to enter. Employees of NPG of Yuma-El Centro LLC, Blackhawk Media LLC, and sweepstakes sponsors, their immediate family members, or members of their household are not eligible to enter. NOTIFICATION: Winner will be selected by a random drawing on Monday October 12, 2015 from all eligible entries received. Two attempts will be made to contact the winner. If winner does not respond or reply by 3pm on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen. If there is a dispute as to the identity of the winner, prize will be awarded to the person’s who’s name and telephone number matches the entry form. Winner shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against: any and all claims, expenses and/or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (i) the conduct, administration, fulfillment and/or advertising and promotion of the Promotion; and (ii) the breach of any of winner’s representations, warranties or obligations under this Agreement. The CMA Awards will be held at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN on Wednesday 11/4/15. Drawing will be conducted by KECY-TV. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes cannot be transferred. Meals, resort fees, taxes, hotel charges other than room rate, and transportation other than that mentioned are not provided. Winner is responsible for booking their own transportation to Nashville with the gift card provided. Winner is responsible for any additional amount, if any, not covered by the gift card. ARV $2,640. Expenses not specifically included in prize description and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
