This Class is aimed at the beginner to intermediate level of fitness. It blends moderate powered energy moves with breaks of muscular endurance, body weight exercises, strength training segments, boot camp style training moves, and other fun challenges to maximize your fat-burn, muscle endurance and strength.

Involves exercise with the interest of improving health and wellbeing for the older population. This class provides ways in which anyone can get the exercise they need to burn off calories, increase muscle endurance and strength and improve coordination, balance, and flexibility.

A combination of intermittent core toning moves in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) performed session. This intense core routine pushes you through more work than you could normally do on a core circuit and forces you to push into a higher exertion zone.

Think of Metabolic Conditioning means you get the fat-burning and heart-busting benefits of intense cardio along with the muscle-building properties of a weight workout, it involves series of exercises, aimed at improving the efficiency at which your body stores

Unwind from the day in this class combining floor-based yoga, guided breath work and various styles of meditation. The goal of this class is to help the mind and body shed any residual stress from the day and connect to senses for promoting steady sleep, this class is appropriate for all levels of fitness.

Build strength; add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. Use a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape of your body - no muscle gets neglected and it’s up to you to find your PAIN threshold to GAIN the results you require

A class aimed at delivering ultimate goals for the more athletic individual who wants to use modern functional equipment and exercise regimes including compound exercises such as deadlift, squat, press, clean and Jerk movements and routines. It incorporates all of the major muscle groups as well as the muscles you never knew you had. You will leave the class feeling as if you have been challenged in every way; feeling refreshed and re-energized as your metabolism speeds up and your posture, strength and flexibility improve.

RT24 A Relentless Circuits class involving persistent exercises such as reversed dips, rope slamming, squats, planks, or body weight conditioning increasing your metabolism which in turn will transform your body into an efficient calorie burning machine

Conditioning Each session has a different functional outcome, but all incorporate HIIT, Cardio, Muscle strength Endurance and Speed to firm up your mid-section there is a complimentary intense burst of torso toning, improving your core strength, balance and posture.
