HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Three (3) separate prize pools are offered in this Sweepstakes: Minnesota Prize Pool; Kansas City Prize Pool; and General Prize Pool (each a “Prize Pool”). The Prize Pool you are eligible for shall be determined as follows: If you enter the Sweepstakes via the Hy-Vee Fuel Saver + Perks® Card Entry method, the Prize Pool you are eligible for shall be determined by the Hy-Vee retail location* in which you made your qualified purchase and swiped your HyVee Fuel Saver + Perks® card; if you enter the Sweepstakes via the Mail-in Entry method, the Prize Pool you are eligible for shall be determined by your zip code. See below for both entry methods. See Section 5 for prize details. *See Appendix A at the bottom of these Official Rules for participation locations. There are two (2) ways to enter: (a) Hy-Vee Fuel Saver + Perks® Card Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase any one (1) Pepsi-Cola® product and any one (1) Frito Lay product (a “Qualified Purchase”) at a participating Hy-Vee retail location. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the “Mail-In Entry Postmark Date” and received by the “Mail-in Entry Due Date” listed in the schedule in Section 4 to be eligible for the corresponding Prize Pool and Entry Period’s Drawing. There is no limit on the number of “Mail-In Entries” per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Enter as often as you wish; however, limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted at participating stores and a random drawing(s) may be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of his/her entries) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsors or any of their affiliates if he/she tampers with the entry process or if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of this Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to correct errors in promotional materials. 9.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
For Entry Period 1 – Minnesota and Kansas City Prizes: Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email (at the phone number or email address provided by the entrant at the time of entry) and will be required to respond to the phone call or email within twenty-four (24) hours indicating whether he/she accepts the prize. If no response is received within the time allotted, an alternate winner will be selected (time permitting). Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release within twenty-four (24) hours of prize acceptance either in person or via email, fax or overnight mail. Winners’ guest(s) (or if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian who must be the winner) may also be required to sign and return a Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release within the same time period. For all other Entry Periods and Prizes: Potential winners will be notified by phone call, email or mail at the phone number, email address or mailing address provided by the entrant at the time of entry. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release within three (3) days of attempted winner notification as indicated by the date on the Affidavit. A prize may also be forfeited in the event that any winner notification is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants, as a condition of participation, and all winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release Sponsors, Promotion Parties, and the NFL Entities from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or the offering or announcement of any prize. The winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prizes and/or prize documentation after it has been delivered.
