Symptom You have downloaded the software of SAP Lumira and you need to request a license key.
Environment SAP Service Marketplace
Cause If no license materials are listed for SAP Lumira (formerly SAP Visual intelligence) please contact your SAP contract department or SAP Account Manager for contract update. Refer to SAP note 1660069.
Resolution In order to generate the permanent license key for the product SAP Lumira formerly SAP Visual intelligence you need to follow the steps below: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10.
Log into www.service.sap.com/licensekeys Request license key tab Search for an installation Select the installation number Click on create new system Enter any 3 letter / number name for the system Select as the type production Select the product: SAP Lumira formerly SAP Visual intelligence Select the version: SAP Lumira 1.0 formerly SAP Visual intelligence 1.0 Select the database & operating system required
Click continue At this point you will see a list with all the licenses you are entitled to request Select the license material: SAP Visual Intelligence Select the version: V1. 0 On the field "Number of Licenses" enter the number of licenses you need at the moment. If all license keys are needed please type the total number you see within the brackets. 16. Select "Add" tab 17. Choose continue button to finish your license key request 11. 12. 13. 14. 15.
Within 15 minutes you will receive an e-mail with the activation code. Please make sure that the software is installed at your side. For the download path please refer to SAP note 1869059.
