[email protected]. For Non-profit Organizations, please include: 1. Signed Coach Application 2. A copy of your filed articles of incorporation (filed with the Secretary of State) 3. A copy of your IRS Ruling Letter or Letter of Determination verifying your non-profit status. For Active Military, please include: 1. Signed Coach Application 2. A copy of your military orders Upon receipt of your application our team will review to ensure all information has been provided, and will notify you directly if any further paperwork is required. Please note, if you plan to enroll purchasing one of our starter packs (Diamond Pack, Shakeology Starter Pack, or Shakeology + Fitness Starter Pack) please be sure to complete the payment information at the bottom of the Coach Application. Qualified non-profit organizations or active military Coaches whose status is successfully verified will have their business starter kit fee ($39.95) and monthly business service fees waived.
