Terms and Conditions 1.
This Contest will be governed by these terms and conditions and the Contest details (“Terms”) published by EUC. You (the Contest participant) agree that you have read and understood the Terms.

The Contest is valid from 31 March 2010 to 19 April 2017.
3.
All entries must be received before 23:59 hours on 19 April 2017 (GMT +08:00).
4.
This Contest is open to residents in Singapore. You must be sixteen (16) years of age and above at the date of submission.
5.
There is no entry fee to participate in the Contest. You must follow EU Centre Facebook and/or Instagram page (@eucentresg) to participate in the Contest.
6.
You may submit only one (1) entry per contest. Repeated or additional submissions will be disqualified. Entry would be via one (1) post with question as caption, together with hashtag (#EUCEuropeDay) and tag (@eucentresg), as well as one (1) comment sharing with 3 of your friends about the contest, directly under the comment of the contest post on the main EUC Facebook or Instagram (@eucentresg).

EUC reserves the right to disqualify all entries that do not meet the rules and regulations of the Contest. These include entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.

By submitting the contest entries, each participant thereby (a) grants EUC the right to use the entry in whole or in part, on any and all media such as in print, broadcast and/or electronic media without any fee payment, for the purposes of promoting the competition or areas related to the organiser’s work; (b) represents and warrants that all elements contained in the contest entry (i) is original and unpublished work of the participant who must also be its copyright owner, (ii) does and will not, in any way, violate or breach any of the terms of any other agreement the participant may be a party to, and (iii) does not contain libelous, obscene or unlawful material that violate any statute or regulation.

Any suspected duplicated entries, fake accounts or serial accounts may be disqualified.
10. Winners will be chosen based on a combination of popular votes and decisions taken by a panel of judges appointed by the EUC. 11. Winners will be announced on EUC Facebook and Instagram (@eucentresg) on 24 April 2017. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 12. EUC will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected. EUC reserves the right to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit. 13. EUC’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. EUC reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the participants. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. 15. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall EUC be responsible for any liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which you or any third party may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
