Terms and Conditions #tbtkeukenhof These terms and conditions ("Terms and conditions") are applicable to the promotion "#TBTKEUKENHOF", hereinafter referred to as "Promotion", organized by Flower Exhibition Keukenhof BV, located in Lisse at Stationsweg 166a, hereinafter referred to as "Keukenhof". 1. General 1.1. Each person is entitled to participate in this Promotion. 1.2. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of your legal guardian to participate in the Promotion. 1.3. Participation in the Promotion is free. Investments of any kind carried out by the participant for this Promotion will be at his own expense. 1.4. By participating in the Promotion the participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions, and declares that he or she will abide by the conditions applicable to the Promotion and/or in any way relating to them. 2. Data/Privacy Declaration 2.1. The data obtained by Keukenhof in connection with participation in this Promotion will be stored in the Keukenhof data directory and will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. 2.2. The data provided by participants aged 18 and older can, and may be, used by Keukenhof for other (commercial) purposes, provided the participant has given consent. 3. How and when can you participate? 3.1. The Promotion runs from Thursday, 19 May 2016 to Thursday, 26 May 2016, inclusive. 3.2. You can participate (at no cost) by joining the Promotion via Instagram with the hashtag #tbtkeukenhof. Here you need to upload a digital file, and who knows, your photo might be posted on the official Instagram profile of Keukenhof. Of course, all the photos posted by you have to be your own and taken by you, and by posting these photos on Instagram, you do so in compliance with the conditions used by Instagram. 3.3. Your post can not contain any obscene, inappropriate or offensive content, and can not contain any photos of nudity, drug or alcohol use. 3.4. You need to have received the consent of the persons identified in the photo to be allowed to use it to post, and you have to be granted the authority to the rights herein. 3.5. You may enter as many times as you want. 4. Designation of the winners 4.1. During the Promotion Period, 8 photos will be chosen by employees of the Sales & Marketing Department at Keukenhof to be posted on the official Instagram profile of Keukenhof. 4.2. The winning photos will be posted on the official Instagram profile Keukenhof with the message "this photo belongs to ... .. '. The owner of the photo will be tagged. 4.3. No correspondence on the outcome of the Promotion will be entered into. 4.4. If you are the winner of the prize, you hereby consent to give Keukenhof permission to use your name and/or the images which you have submitted for any use, and for any expression whatsoever in relation to this Promotion. 5. Prizes 5.1. The winning photos will be posted on the official Instagram profile of Keukenhof. 6. Liability and Disclaimer 6.1. Keukenhof, the partner(s) of Keukenhof and/or Keukenhof third party(ies) are not liable for any damage whatsoever, direct and/or indirect, in any way caused by and/or arising from the Promotion and/or by the use of the Promotion site by the participant. 6.2. The participant is fully responsible and liable for the Post of the Promotion, also including, but not limited to, the information/contributions provided by the participant via the Promotion.

6.3. Entrant indemnifies Keukenhof, her partner(s) and otherwise, fully for any possible damage from third party(ies) and/or connection arising in any way by Keukenhof third party(ies) involved in the Promotion concerning the participation in the Promotion by the participant. 6.4. You authorize Keukenhof to include your name, image and user name in the message. 6.5. You understand that you have no right to inspect or approve the Post by Keukenhof and that the Post will not be returned to you. You will not be paid or otherwise compensated for the use of the Post. 6.6. Apart from the rights granted in these Terms, you retain ownership of all rights to your Posts. 6.7. You understand and acknowledge that your Post is open to the public and that comments are not under control of Keukenhof and may not be in accordance with the views of Keukenhof. 6.8. Keukenhof is not liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever suffered by the participant in connection with messages on the social media pages of Keukenhof. Messages can be deleted by Keukenhof without giving any reasons at any time. 7. Keukenhof Rights 7.1. Keukenhof reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Promotion at any time if you act in any way contrary to these Terms and Conditions or any applicable legal clause, and may do so without prior notice to you and without giving any reason at its sole discretion, and thereby may not be held responsible. 7.2. Keukenhof reserves the right to terminate the Promotion and has sole discretion to suspend, modify and/or change the Promotion prizes without prior notice, if circumstances require. 7.3. Keukenhof expressly reserves the right to refuse and/or exclude individuals (interim) from winning prizes without Keukenhof having to provide a reason for the right to exclude (further) participation by persons (interim). 7.4. By uploading the digital file, the digital files uploaded by you become the (intellectual) property of Keukenhof. If needed, then you must first request Keukenhof to provide you with free assistance to transfer the digital files uploaded to Keukenhof. By uploading digital files you agree with the (commercial) use of your uploaded digital files by Keukenhof. Of course, the contents of all your uploaded digital files should be your (intellectual) property. 7.5. After uploading the file no further claim can be made on the file. Recall, edit, delete, and all other forms of modification are excluded after the upload. 7.6. Keukenhof will not provide information about when, how and whether the file is used. 8. Contact 8.1. These conditions are subject to Dutch law.
