TERMS AND CONDITIONS Win RM50 Weekly When You Shop at Taobao® Marketplace via RHB Now CAMPAIGN PERIOD 1. RHB Bank Berhad (“RHB”) is organizing “Win RM50 When You Shop at Taobao® Marketplace (http://world.taobao.com) (including its regional websites) or on Tmall® Marketplace (http://www.tmall.com) (collectively, the “Platforms”) via RHB Now” (“Campaign”) commences at 00:00:01 on 8 May 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 on 4 June 2017 (Malaysia Standard Time), both time and dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). ELIGIBILITY 2. This Campaign is open to RHB Now Internet Banking users of RHB Bank/ RHB EASY with savings and/or current account including RHBs’ employees (“Customer”) EXCEPT the following: a. A Wadiah Savings account holder; or b. A sole proprietor who holds a current account with a business trade name; or c. Any employees, representatives and/or agents of Taobao who is directly involved in this Campaign. 3. During the Campaign Period and subject to the Terms and Conditions set out herein, any Customer(s) who have performed at least one (1) successful purchase of RM100.00 and above in a single transaction (“Valid Transaction”) made at any one of the Platforms with payment made via RHB Now Internet Banking through Malaysia e-Banking payment channel would be automatically deemed to be participating in this Campaign (“Eligible Participant”). 4. The following transactions are NOT eligible for this Campaign:d. Transactions which are subsequently cancelled or refunded before the end of the Campaign Period; or e. Disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent purchase transactions. 5. Any Valid Transaction made after the Campaign Period will not be accepted and will be disqualified. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS 6. Steps to participate in the Campaign are as follows: Visit any one of the Platforms to start shopping and perform a minimum of Step 1 RM100.00 and above in a single transaction. Step 2
Select RHB Now via Malaysia e-Banking payment channel as your preferred payment method.
Step 3
Proceed to make payment via RHB Now.
Step 4
Earn entries for every successful Valid Transactions.
7. One (1) successful Valid Transaction is eligible to One (1) entry. 8. Eligible Participant(s) who performs more Valid Transaction via RHB Now and fulfil the above criteria will get a higher chance of winning the cash reward. CAMPAIGN REWARDS 9. In total, there are sixty (60) Winners throughout the Campaign Period. 10. The top 15 Eligible Participants with the highest accumulated entries will be selected in each Campaign Week (“Winner(s)”). 11. Each Eligible Winner will win RM50.00 cash prize. 12. Each Winner is eligible to win only once throughout the Campaign Period. Repeated Winner(s) are not allowed. 13. In the event there is a tie in the number of accumulated entries, the top frequent Eligible Participant with the highest accumulated transaction value over the relevant Campaign Week will take precedence. FULFILMENT OF PRIZES 14. Winner(s) will receive a notification on the winning via secured message that will be sent to the Winner(s) RHB Now Inbox Message. 15. Cash prizes will be credited to the Winner’s RHB current/savings account that is registered with RHB Now Internet Banking within thirty (30) working days after the Winner’s announcement has been made through secured message sent to Winner(s)’s RHB Now Inbox Message and/or other means of Campaign fulfilment which is deemed fit by RHB. 16. Winner’s RHB current/savings account must remain open, active and valid from the Campaign Period until 31 August 2017 for the purpose of cash reward fulfilment. In the event the RHB current/savings account is closed due to any reason whatsoever on or before 31 August 2017 (which includes at any time during the Campaign Period), the Winner shall be disqualified from receiving the cash reward. 17. The Winner(s) shall be responsible to notify RHB via channels as per listed below no later than 31 August 2017 for non-receipt of cash reward, failing which, winner(s) shall be deemed to have had received and accepted the cash reward from RHB. a) Customer Care Centre: 03-9280 8118 b) RHB Now Inbox Message 18. RHB will not be responsible for any unclaimed cash reward after 31 August 2017. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 19. RHB’s decisions on all matters related to the Campaign including the determination of winner(s) shall be final and conclusive. All prizes are not transferable and subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein. No correspondence, queries, appeals or protests shall be entertained. 20. RHB reserves the right to disqualify any and all entries from any Eligible Participant in this Campaign and prohibit that person from further participating in this Campaign in the event that there is a suspicion that the Eligible Participant tampered with or benefited from tampering the regulations of this Campaign or the Terms and Conditions stated herein. 21. RHB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by RHB shall not entitle the Eligible Participant(s) to any claim or compensation against RHB for any loss or damage incurred by the Eligible Participant(s) as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension. RHB shall provide prior notice either by displaying at the RHB website and/or other means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by RHB.

22. RHB’s decision is final and no correspondence disputing RHB's decision will be entertained. RHB reserves the right at its discretion provided that RHB has given notice of twenty one (21) calendar days to the Eligible Participant(s) to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time either by displaying at the RHB website and/or other means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by RHB. If any future modification of these Terms and Conditions are unacceptable to the Eligible Participant(s), they should discontinue any further participation on this Campaign. 23. RHB shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Campaign due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of RHB. 24. All prizes(s) are non-transferable to any 3rd party, in part or in full. 25. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other brochure, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 26. By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Participant consents to RHB processing their personal information for purpose of administering the Campaign and contacting them in relation to the same (“Purpose”). 27. It is necessary for RHB to process the Eligible Participant’s personal information for the Purpose, without which they will not be able to participate in this Campaign. 28. The Eligible Participant’s personal information may be disclosed to other companies within the RHB Banking Group (which shall include its holding company, subsidiary(s), and any associated company(s), including any company as a result of any restructuring, merger, sale or acquisition), service providers, and vendors and any of their respective agents, servants and/or such persons, whether located within or outside Malaysia for the Purpose, if applicable, subject at all times to any laws (including regulations, standards, guidelines and/or obligations) applicable to RHB. 29. By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Participant(s) agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 30.
