TERMS AND CONDITIONS By entering this Contest, you hereby agree and consent for AXA Affin General Insurance Berhad (AAGI) to use and/or store your personal data, photo(s) and other confidential information for the Contest purposes. You further agree and consent for AAGI to utilise your personal information for future marketing and promotional purposes. You also agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and any other requirements as set out in any related promotional material.
The Organiser The AXA SmartDriver Online Game Contest (Contest) is organised by AXA Affin General Insurance Berhad.
How to Participate 1. Go to www.axa.com.my/axa-motor-detariff and play the AXA SmartDriver Online Game. 2. Achieve the Top 3 highest scores each week by playing the game and sharing it on social media. 3. Submit your scores with the required personal details on the page.
Contest Period 1.
The contest will commence on Monday, 3 July 2017 at 9:00am and will be closed on 27 Aug 2017 at 11:59pm (Contest Period).

Any entries submitted before and after the stated Contest Period will be disqualified automatically from the Contest.
Eligibility 1. The Contest is open to all Malaysians except employees of AAGI, companies within the AXA Group of companies and their associates, affiliates or subsidiaries, including their family members, intermediaries, agents or anyone connected or involved in the administration of this Contest. 2. AAGI reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify any Participant and/or submissions it deems inappropriate or unfit for the Contest, with no prior notice or reason given. 3. Participants must: a. Play and complete the AXA SmartDriver Online Game. b. Submit final score with complete and accurate personal details.

Winner Selection 1. At the end of each Contest week, the Top 3 highest scores submitted will be selected as the Weekly Winners. 2. If there are any tied scores in the Top 3, the winner will be determined by random lucky draw among the tied score submissions. 3. The Contest weeks will be: a. Week 1: 3 Jul – 9 Jul b. Week 2: 10 Jul – 16 Jul c.
Week 3: 17 Jul – 23 Jul
d. Week 4: 24 Jul – 30 Jul e. Week 5: 31 Jul – 6 Aug f.
Week 6: 7 Aug – 13 Aug
g. Week 7: 14 Aug – 20 Aug h. Week 8: 21 Aug – 27 Aug
Winner Notification 1. Winners will be notified by electronic mail at his/her respective submitted email address based on the records of AXA, within 14 days after each Contest Week. 2. In the event the original winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the notification within 3 days from the date of notification, AAGI reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize entitlement and/or award the prize to a subsequent winner. 3. Name of the Winners will be announced and published on AXA Facebook page within 14 days after each Contest Week (https://www.facebook.com/MYAXAAffin/).
The Prize 1. Three (3) winners will each receive a PETRONAS Gift Card pre-loaded with RM100 value each week. 2. The Winners shall accept the Prize on an "as is" basis. AAGI gives no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to any prize. AAGI shall not at any time be responsible for any defect or malfunction in any prize, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any prize by any person. Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credits or otherwise. Prize is also subject to the Terms and Conditions accompanying it (if any). 3. AAGI may at its discretion, at any time, without notice or assigning any reason, replace or substitute the Prize with any other prize of equal or similar value selected by AAGI.

Publicity 1. By participating, Participants grant the Organiser permission to use his/her name, likeness and/or submissions for publicity purposes without payment of additional considerations, except where prohibited by law. 2. The Winners consent to AAGI disclosing and/or publishing his/her name, particulars and submission, in any manner AAGI deems fit for publicity purposes. The Winners agree to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of relating to the Contest.
Others 1. AXA reserves the right to amend the above Terms and Conditions without giving any prior notice to any party. 2. Submissions of entries is deemed as acceptance of all Terms and Conditions herein. 3. In the event of any inconsistency between Terms and Conditions of any promotional materials or communications relating to the Contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 4. AAGI reserves the right to report offensive posts to the respective social media platform. Offensive posts include those which contain sexual or violent content, nudity, language or imagery that is discriminatory or hateful and any other material which is deemed offensive at AAGI’s discretion. All offensive entries will be immediately disqualified from the Contest. 5. AAGI reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if AAGI determines that the Contest cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control that corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. 6. AAGI shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Contest (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill), the use of any prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of AAGI or its affiliates.
