TERMS & CONDITIONS EASTER GIVEAWAY AT THEMIX SHOP 2018 1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Participation in any giveaways at TheMix Shop promotion constitutes the entrants’ acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 2. Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with the Promoter, are ineligible to enter. Extended family members of those persons are permitted to participate in the promotion. 3. Independent Consultants, Team Leaders, Business Development Managers, Area Managers and Regional Managers of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. Extended family members are authorised to participate. 4. The promotion is authorised under permit number LTPS/18/22628. 5. The promotion commences at 00:01 AWST on 12 March 2018 and closes at 23:59 AWST on 1 April 2018. The time of entry will in each case be the time the purchase is received by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. 6. To be eligible to enter, an entrant must spend over $100 in a single transaction at TheMix Shop thermomix.com.au/shop or thermomix.co.nz/shop. Drawing the winner(s) 1. Each week, one winner will be selected from the qualifying entries at random. 2. The winners will be contacted on 19 March 2018, 26 March 2018 and 3 April 2018 via phone and email. Once each winner has been contacted, their first name and State will be published on Thermomix in Australia and/or Thermomix in New Zealand Facebook pages on weeks commencing 19 March 2018, 26 March 2018 and 3 April 2018. 3. In the case of an invalid entry, ineligible entrant or a prize that remains unclaimed a month after the prize is drawn, the prize will be forfeited. 4. The Promoter reserves the right to request each winner provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim the prize pack. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. 5. The winner may be asked to take part in promotional activity organised by the Promoter. The winner will asked to complete a media release form and waiver agreeing that the delivery event will be photographed and filmed for Promoter’s marketing and promotional materials. This includes, but is not limited to, the Cook-Key website, Thermomix in Australia and Thermomix in New Zealand websites, social media (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube), blogs, electronic and printed brochures and newsletters. 6. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner’s prizes 1. Each week, one winner will be selected to win a prize pack valued between $50 to $200.00 (inc GST). The maximum value of the prize pool is $600. 2. The contents of each prize pack will be revealed week commencing 12 March 2018 on Thermomix in Australia Facebook Page and the Thermomix in New Zealand Facebook Page. 3. The prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. Additional conditions of entry 1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promoti
