The competition draw runs from the Monday 4th December 2017 and closes at 8pm on Tuesday 12th December 2017. Any reader who ‘likes’, ‘shares’ & comments on Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa’s photo competition post, will be entered into the prize draw to win a free space in Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa’s Play and Learn Program (one month only), a one hour photo shoot with Little Beanies photography & a family hamper worth £50 from Aubrey Allen. The prize is one month’s classes for free in Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa’s Play and Learn Program and is valid for 2018 only. Plus a photo shoot with Little Beanies Photography that lasts no more than one hour and includes 1 x high res image. It will take place in an agreed location in Warwickshire only and must take place on a week day. If more images are available the winner can purchase these at their own expense. If the winner lives outside of Warwickshire then they will need to travel to a location within Warwickshire and this is at their own expense. This should be booked no later than 30th April 2018 and is valid up to the 30th September 2018. Plus a family hamper courtesy of Aubrey Allen, worth £50. Valid for 6 months only; expires 14th May 2018. Little Beanies Photography will cover the cost of their travel up to 15 miles. Anything over this will be the responsibility of the winner and will need to pay Little Beanies Photography this expense. Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred. Aubrey Allen is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred. All travel expenses are paid by the winner at their own expense. People that enter will also be required to like Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa, Little Beanies Photography & Aubrey Allen’s Facebook Page’s to enter the competition. Only one entry per person and only one prize per household. This competition is open only to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over. Child/children must be aged between 4 months – 4 years in order to be eligible for a ‘one month for FREE’ in Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa’s Play and Learn Program. A space in Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa’s Play and Learn Program is dependent upon availability. Winning prize; ‘Win one month for FREE in Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa’s Play and Learn Program’ is applicable for one child only. In the event of those, who are already members of Gymboree Warwick & Leamington, win the competition, a refund is not entitled. The winning prize; ‘free month in Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa’s Play and Learn Program’, will be applied to their next full month of classes. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa and Little Beanies Photography may require e.g. use of images in all marketing material and website. From all of the eligible entrants Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa will choose one winner no later than the 14th December 2017. The winner will be notified via the email address provided when posting a comment. Following confirmation of their win by Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa, the winner will be asked to confirm they have received the notification to Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa immediately by way of return. If Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa fails to receive contact details from a winner within 14 days of Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa sending the notification, the prize shall be deemed to be unclaimed or unaccepted and a substitute winner may be chosen by Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa, at its sole discretion. Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa, Little Beanies Photography & Aubrey Allen will not be responsible or liable for any prize that is unclaimed or declined. Once Gymboree Warwick & Leamington Spa receives confirmation of the winners’ contact details they will liaise with the winner to confirm the prize and a time and date for the photo shoot to take place.
