Terms & Conditions 1) The winners of the Promotion will be the sole decision of Petplan Australia Pty, Ltd. (referred to as Petplan in this document). Winners will be announced 29th December 2014. 2) Entries must be submitted as indicated above in ‘How to Enter’. 3) The winners will be notified through email or phone. The winners will be presented with their prize via the post or email. 4) There is no cost for entry. Entries must be received by us through
[email protected] between and including 26th November 2014 and 23rd December 2014 at 5:00 PM AEST. 5) Entries are open to all vet practice employees in Australia who have had their 18th birthday on or before 23rd December 2014. If you are under 18 please ask your parent/guardian for permission. 6) Employees of Petplan are not eligible for entry. 7) Entries are limited to one entry per Vet practice, you cannot enter multiple staff members. The first entry received by us will be consider your official entry. 8) To confirm your entry into the Promotion Petplan may send You an Email to the address from which we receive Your application. It is Your responsibility to monitor Your Email Inbox and Email Junk Folder. Your response is requested within 48 hours. 9) Entries will be showcased on Petplan’s Facebook page throughout the duration of the promotion. By entering you grant us permission to share your entry on our Facebook page, however entering does not guarantee that your entry will be showcased.

By making your content available through email, you agree to publicly display and perform your content. 11) Petplan has no ability to control the Content you may submit and does not have any obligation to monitor such Content for any purpose.
