Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Participation in this “The Golden Ticket” promotion constitutes the entrants’ acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with the Promoter, are ineligible to enter. Extended family members of those persons are permitted to participate in the promotion. Independent Consultants, Group Leaders, Branch Managers, Area Managers and Regional Managers of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. Extended family members are authorised to participate. The promotion is authorised under permit number LTPM/16/01264 The promotion commences at 00:01 AWST on 5 December 2016 and closes at 23:59 AWST on 14 December 2016. The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is received by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. To be eligible to enter, an entrant must purchase a Festive Flavour cookbook or Christmas Cracker from The Mix Shop (www.thermomix.com.au/shop).

The Golden Ticket will be placed in either a Festive Flavour cookbook or Christmas Cracker at random. Finding a ticket entitles its owner to be the winner of the competition, if they comply with the entry conditions above. The winner must contact Thermomix in Australia by calling 1800 004 838 before 31.01.17 to claim their prize and providing proof of ticket by sending a photo to [email protected] In the case of an invalid entry, ineligible entrant or a prize that remains unclaimed after 31.01.17, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to request each winner provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim the prize pack. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

One (1) winner will receive a Golden Ticket prize pack valued at $682.90 (inc GST). The contents of the prize pack can be viewed at https://www.thermomix.com.au/shop/gift-packs/golden-ticket-pack The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

Additional conditions of entry 1.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally 1

damaging the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause. 2.
