TERMS & CONDITIONS WIN MUM A THERMOMIX TM5 AND A COOK-KEY COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Eligibility to Enter the Competition 1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Participation in this promotion constitutes the 2. entrants’ acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 3. The “Win Mum a Thermomix and Cook-Key” Competition (‘Competition’) is being run by Thermomix in Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 88 069 944 930) of 30 Ledgar Road, Balcatta WA 6021 (‘Promoter’). The Promoter’s telephone number is 08 9276 6966. 4. The Competition commences at 00:01am Australian Western Standard Time (‘AWST’) on 16 April 2018 and closes at 23:59pm AWST on 13 May 2018 (‘Promotion Period’). 5. In order to enter the Competition, customers, who are Australian residents and over the age of 18, must purchase a Thermomix TM5® from a Thermomix Consultant during the Promotion Period (‘Eligible Transaction’). 6. If the customer: a. provides incorrect details to a Thermomix Consultant when purchasing a Thermomix TM5® from a Thermomix Consultant during the Promotional Period; b. does not reside in Australia; or c. is under the age of 18; the customer’s entry will be deemed an invalid entry into the Competition (‘Invalid Entry’). 7. Entry into the Competition is free and automatic, once the customer has completed an Eligible Transaction. 8. Every Eligible Transaction entered into by a customer constitutes one (1) entry into the Competition. 9. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Competition. Extended family members of Employees of the Promoter are permitted to enter the Competition. 10. Thermomix Consultants and Team Leaders and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Competition. Extended family members of Thermomix Consultants and Team Leaders are permitted to enter the Competition. 11. Entry into the Competition signifies acceptance of all of these Terms and Conditions. Entrants are required to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Prize and Drawing the Prize Winners 12. There will be six (6) winners in Australia, one (1) winner drawn from each of the following qualifying geographical groups: a. Queensland; b. Western Australia and Northern Territory; c. South Australia; d. Tasmania; e. Victoria; and f. New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory. 13. Each winner will win one Thermomix TM5® and Cook-Key (‘Prize’) either for themselves or a nominated Australian resident of the winner’s choosing (‘Prize Winner’). The recommended retail price of the Thermomix TM5® and Cook-Key is AUD $2,278. The total prize pool in Australia is $13,668. 14. The draw will take place at 30 Ledgar Road, Balcatta WA 6021, Wednesday 16 May at 3:00pm AWST. The draw will be by random computer generated draw from all Eligible Transactions with the first entry drawn for each qualifying geographical groups being entitled to the Prize. 16. The Prize Winner will be contacted within three (3) days of the draw either by phone or email address supplied to the Promoter when making the Eligible Transaction. 17. In the case where an Invalid Entry is drawn or if the Prize Winner does not respond to claim the Prize within three (3) business days from the date the Prize Winner was contacted, a re-draw will be conducted within three months of the original draw date, in the same location and with the same method. The date of redraw will be Friday 17 August 2018. Redraws will continue in the same manner until the Prize has been claimed by a Prize Winner. 18.
