Thank You Today, let’s make a thank you card that we can give to someone who is a hero to us. It can be a loved one, a doctor or nurse, a police officer or fireman—anyone who you want to say thank you to for being brave and taking care of others. On the next few pages, practice writing the quote by Andrew Carnegie. Then, when you are ready, write the quote in the blank card at the end. Be sure to write your name on the last line. Next, fold the paper in half by keeping the writing facing you and folding the top half of the paper away from you.

Now, fold the paper in half from side to side, folding your writing inside the card.

On the front of your card, you can draw and color a picture to decorate your card.

Now, you have a thank you card to give to someone special!
