THANKSGIVING BUFFET November 27, 2014

Thanksgiving Seated Dinner in the Fife & Drum Dining Room Seating Times 12:00 - 1:30pm * 2:00pm - 3:30pm

Adults $37.00 (Member) ~ $42.00 (Non-Member) Children under the age of 12 cost $18.50 Prices do not include gratuity. Menu selections and payment must be made when making reservations. All entree’s are served with a Baby Mixed Autumn Green Salad and a Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Entrée

Roast Tom Turkey served with giblet stuffing, sweet potatoes, giblet gravy, and seasonal vegetables Cinnamon and Apricot Glazed Organic Game Hen roasted yukon potato puree, roasted vegetable trio, finished with a light citrus orange and apricot reduction Queen Cut Herb Crusted Prime Rib with horse radish au jus rosemary and garlic baby potatoes and Autumn roasted vegetables Lemon Dill Grilled Atlantic Salmon shitake mushrooms, roasted shallots, multi-grain Rice Pilaf, and pencil tip asparagus, finished with a light Beuure Blanc reduction.

Dessert

pumpkin pie, cheesecake and or sweet potato pie accompanied by a fresh berry trio. Please make your dessert selection when making reservations

Thanksgiving Buffet in the Koran Room

Seating times (every two hours) 11am - 1pm - 3pm Adults $33.00 (Member) ~ $38.00 (Non-Member) Children 6-12 $16.50, Children under 5 dine free Prices do not include gratuity.
