CHASE THE SAVINGS SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPACT AN ENTRANT’S OPPORTUNITY TO WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL US RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA FOR THE SAVE MART POOL AND CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS FOR THE LUCKY POOL WHOSE PRIMARY RESIDENCE IS WITHIN 30 MILES OF A SAVE MART OR LUCKY STORE AND WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Chase the Savings Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Save Mart Supermarkets, a California corporation, 1800 Standiford Ave, Modesto, CA, 95350 (“Sponsor”), and is administered by Prize Logic, LLC, 25200 Telegraph Road, Suite 405, Southfield, MI 48033 (“Administrator”). 1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2018 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on June 26, 2018 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes includes two (2) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as set forth in the chart below.

Non-winning, eligible Entries, as defined in Section 4, into the first Entry Period will carry forward into second Entry Period. Entries will be made into one of two pools, either the “Save Mart Pool” or “Lucky Pool” as defined in these Official Rules. Administrator’s computer is the official Sweepstakes clock. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. 2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to entrants who are legal United States residents of California or Nevada for Save Mart customers and California residents for Lucky customers, whose primary residence is within thirty (30) miles of a Save Mart or Lucky stores (the “Territory”), and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside of the Territory and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, Lucky, Lucky California, S-Mart, MaxxValue, FoodMaxx, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their respective immediate family members (i.e.,

spouse, parent, child, sibling and the “steps” of each) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. 3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, an eligible individual who enters the Sweepstakes (individually, “Entrant” and collectively, “Entrants”) agrees that Sponsor's and/or Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, an Entrant’s residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Entrants will not be permitted to update or change their physical address and e-mail address provided during the registration process. Each Entrant may be required to furnish proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under these Official Rules. Winning a Prize, defined in Section 6, is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Any potential winning Entry is subject to confirmation and/or verification and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator. 4. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: A.

Purchase Method. During the Sweepstakes Period, an Entrant may shop at a participating Save Mart Supermarket or Lucky Supermarket. An Entrant will receive one (1) “Promo Code” for each purchase of five (5) Qualifying Items in a single transaction (a ”Qualifying Purchase”). There is a maximum of five (5) Promo Codes per transaction. Qualifying Items include only specially marked items that you purchase during the applicable Entry Period(s). For a list of participating items, go to https://ChasetheSavings.com (the “Website”) or contact a store Team Member. After completing a Qualifying Purchase, the Entrant will receive a print out which includes the Promo Code(s). Upon entering the Website, the Entrant must initially register for this Sweepstakes by entering a valid e-mail address. Then he/she will be taken to a registration page where he/she must enter his/her first and last name (no initials), street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP Code, telephone number, date of birth, answer whether or not he/she is a Save Mart or Lucky employee, and confirm that he/she has read and agrees to these Official Rules. An Entrant may return to the Website after completing his/her initial registration and access the Website by entering his/her valid e-mail address. After completing registration, the Entrant will be required to enter his/her Promo Code. By entering a valid Promo Code, the Entrant will receive an “Entry” into the Sweepstakes. Each Promo Code may be entered and used once. If the Promo Code is from a Save Mart Supermarket, then an Entrant will automatically be entered into the “Save Mart Pool.” If the Promo Code is from a Lucky Supermarket, then will automatically be entered into the “Lucky Pool.” If an Entrant is a Save Smart Rewards Member or a Lucky You Rewards Member (a “Rewards Member”), he/she can enter his/her Save Smart Rewards or Lucky You Rewards Account identification number or his/her telephone number and receive a bonus Entry for each Promo Code entered. If you are not a Lucky You Rewards

An Entrant may enter up to five (5) Promo Codes per day during the Sweepstakes Period. An Entrant may receive a maximum of five (5) Entries from his/her Promo Codes and a bonus of five (5) Entries for being a Rewards Member for a maximum total of ten (10) Entries per day. A day is defined as starting at 12:00 AM PT and ending at 11:59:59 PM PT except on May 1, 2018 when a day will begin at 9:00 AM PT and end at 11:59:59 PM PT. B.

Without a Purchase: To obtain Entries without making a purchase, an eligible consumer must legibly hand write his/her complete first and last name (no initials), complete street address (no P.O. Box), city, state, ZIP Code, date of birth, telephone number, (if the Entrant is a member) and valid e-mail address, along with the term “Save Mart Pool” or “Lucky Pool” on a 3½” x 5” properly stamped postcard and mail it to: Chase the Savings Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325 (a “MailIn”). If an Entrant is a Save Smart Rewards or Lucky You Rewards Member, then he/she must state in the Mail-In card that he/she is a member and provide a telephone number or identification number that corresponds to his/her Save Smart Rewards or Lucky You Rewards account. Requests sent in an envelope will not be accepted. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by the end of each Entry Period and received by Last Day to Receive Mail Ins as set forth in Section 1. An Entrant will receive five (5) Entries for each Mail-In. If an Entrant is a Save Smart Rewards or Lucky You Rewards Member, he/she will receive ten (10) Entries for each Mail-In Entry. Limit one (1) Mail-In per person/e-mail address per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Mail-in requests will not be returned and entry will not be acknowledged. Mail-in requests must be original and hand-written. No mechanical reproductions are allowed.

If an Entrant accesses the Sweepstakes on his/her mobile device, the Entrant’s wireless service provider may charge the Entrant for applicable data charges. Entrants should consult their wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants should review their mobile device’s capabilities for specific app instructions. In the event of a dispute as to any Entrant for purposes of the Sweepstakes, the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address will be deemed the Entrant. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, Online Service Provider or other organization (business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entrants attempting to use multiple identities may be disqualified, at Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion. 5. RANDOM DRAWINGS: On or about the Random Drawing Dates, the Administrator will randomly select the potential Entry Period prize winners from the Save Mart Pool and the Lucky Pool. Selected Entrants will be deemed potential winners pending verification of each one's eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Administrator and/or Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING: The following "Prizes" will be made available during the Sweepstakes Period and applicable Entry Period as described below: A.

Entry Period 1 Grand Prize (2 total, 1 for the Save Mart Pool and 1 for the Lucky Pool): Each “Entry Period 1 Grand Prize” is the “Ultimate Fan Experience” for the Toyota/Save Mart 350 Monster Energy NASCAR® Cup Series Race to be held on Sunday, June 24, 2018, at the Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, California. The Grand Prize includes all of the following: two (2) reserved upper 1/3 Grandstand Tickets $140 per ticket, two (2) Pre-Race Pit Passes with, Cold Pit and Driver’s Meeting Access, $100 each, and two (2) Pre-Race Hot Laps Passes, $100 each, (guest must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Pre-Race Hot Laps). The Grand Prize will also allow the Grand Prize winner and guest to stay in a RV during the race week (Friday, June 22 – Sunday, June 24). The RV is a 2018 Class A Bunkhouse Model. The Sponsor will place the RV at the race. The RV will have six (6) linen kits-full bedding and towel, Kitchen Kit-Pots, Pans, plates, cups etc., propane and a $100 gift card to be used for the purchase of groceries. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her guests will also be required to sign a rental agreement for the RV and comply with all terms of the rental agreement. For the Grand Prize, the guest must either be at least 18 years old or the child/legal ward of the Grand Prize winner. The ARV of each Entry Period 1 Grand Prize is $3,380. The total ARV of both Entry Period 1 Grand Prizes is $6,760.

B.

Entry Period 1 First Prize (50 pairs total, 25 pairs for the Save Mart Pool and 25 pairs for the Lucky Pool): Each “Entry Period 1 First Prize” is a pair of tickets to the Toyota®/Save Mart 350 Monster Energy NASCAR® Cup Series Race to be held on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at the Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, California. ARV of each Entry Period 1 First Prize is $210. The total ARV of both Entry Period 1 First Prizes is $10,500.

C.

Entry Period 2 Grand Prize (2 total, 1 for the Save Mart Pool and 1 for the Lucky Pool): Each “Entry Period 2 Grand Prize” is Groceries for a Year at either a Save Mart Supermarket or Lucky Supermarket. The Entry Period 2 Grand Prize will be fulfilled in the form of a $5,200 Save Mart or Lucky Gift Cards. The ARV of each Entry Period 2 Grand Prize is $5,200. The total ARV of all Entry Period 2 Grand Prizes is $10,400.

D.

Entry Period 2 First Prize (2 total, 1 for the Save Mart Pool and 1 for the Lucky Pool): Each “Entry Period 2 First Prize” is a 60-inch television. The ARV of each Entry Period 2 First Prize is $500. The total ARV of all Entry Period 2 First Prizes is $1,000.

Entry Period 2 Second Prize (2 total, 1 for the Save Mart Pool and 1 for the Lucky Pool): Each “Entry Period 2 Second Prize” is a GoPro® Hero6 Action Camera. The ARV of each Entry Period 2 Second Prize is $499.99. The total ARV of all Entry Period 2 Second Prizes is $999.98.

Entry Period 2 Third Prize (2 total, 1 for the Save Mart Pool and 1 for the Lucky Pool): Each “Entry Period 2 Third Prize” is a NASCAR® Game Room Pub set with bar stools. The ARV of each Entry Period 2 Third Prize is $450. The total ARV of all Entry Period 2 Third Prizes is $900.

Entry Period 2 Fourth Prize (2 total, 1 for the Save Mart Pool and 1 for the Lucky Pool): Each “Entry Period 2 Fourth Prize” is a Yeti® Tundra 50 ice chest. The ARV of each Entry Period 2 Fourth Prize is $379.99. The total ARV of all Entry Period 2 Fourth Prizes is $759.98.

H.

Entry Period 2 Fifth Prize (2 total, 1 for the Save Mart Pool and 1 for the Lucky Pool): Each “Entry Period 2 Fifth Prize” is a gas grill. The ARV of each Entry Period 2 Fifth Prize is $300. The total ARV of all Entry Period 2 Fifth Prizes is $600.

Entry Period 2 Sixth Prize (2 total, 1 for the Save Mart Pool and 1 for the Lucky Pool): Each “Entry Period 2 Sixth Prize” is a NASCAR® Track Version 2 Cornhole Game Set. The ARV of each Entry Period 2 Sixth Prize is $199.99. The total ARV of all Entry Period 2 Sixth Prizes is $399.98.

Entry Period 2 Seventh Prize (2 total, 1 for the Save Mart Pool and 1 for the Lucky Pool): Each “Entry Period 2 Seventh Prize” is a DeWalt® Mechanics Tool Set. The ARV of each Entry Period 2 Seventh Prize is $157.35. The total ARV of all Entry Period 2 Seventh Prizes is $314.70.

K.

Entry Period 2 Eighth Prize (40 total, 20 for the Save Mart Pool and 20 for the Lucky Pool): Each “Entry Period 2 Eighth Prize” is a $25 NASCAR.com gift card. The ARV of each Entry Period 2 Eighth Prize is $25. The ARV of all Entry Period 2 Eighth Prizes is $1,000.

L.

Entry Period 2 Ninth Prize (100 total, 50 for the Save Mart Pool and 50 for the Lucky Pool): Each “Entry Period 2 Ninth Prize” is a $25 Save Mart or Lucky Gift Card. The ARV of each Entry Period 2 Ninth Prize is $25. The ARV of all Entry Period 2 Tenth Prizes is $2,500.

Total ARV: The total ARV of all Prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $36,134.64.

N.

General: All Prizes will be awarded as long as there are a sufficient number of eligible winners. Limit one (1) Entry Period Prize per Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period.

O.

Odds of Winning a Prize: The odds of winning an Entry Period Prize depend upon the number of eligible Entries into the Sweepstakes for each Entry Period.

P.

General: Terms and conditions apply to use of a Guest Pass, as provided with the Guest Pass at time of award. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if event is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason. A winner and/or guest will not receive compensation from Sponsor for a Guest Pass that the winner is unable to use due to cancellation of the event, but tickets may be subject to standard cancelation policies and procedures set by the issuer. Each winner agrees that event admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest if either winner or his/her guest violates the previous restrictions or engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event.

A Save Mart Gift Card or a Lucky Gift Card will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. A Save Mart Gift Card or a Lucky Gift Card not be replaced or replenished if it is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or used without the winner’s permission and will be voided if altered or defaced. No prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of a Prize or force majeure. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a Prize for any reason. Each Prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Prizes are non-transferable. 7. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Each potential Prize winner will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address entered by the Entrant when registering for the Sweepstakes (the “Notification”). Allow 2-3 business days for the Notification after the drawing. Each potential Grand Prize winner (and any other potential winners in Sponsor’s sole discretion) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) and any other requested documents within ten (10) calendar days from the date of attempted notification, or the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner, at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, that Prize may or may not be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from among all remaining eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes period. Each winner is solely responsible for all other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein. NASCAR.com gift card may be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address or physical address provided by a verified winner that such winner initially provided when registering for the Sweepstakes. Other prizes will be delivered to the physical address provided by the verified winner at time of registration for this Sweepstakes. Allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the end of the Sweepstakes Period for verification and shipment of a Prize. In the event that a valid response to notification is not received within ten (10) calendar days from the date of attempted notification, if a potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, if a potential winner fails to return any requested paperwork within the specified timeframe, or if any winner notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, then the Prize may, at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for any winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any notification, Sweepstakes-related message or e-mail, including any winner notification.

8. TAXES AND OTHER EXPENSES: Each winner is subject to the express requirement that he/she submit to Sponsor all documentation requested by Sponsor to permit Sponsor to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local tax reporting and withholding requirements. All taxes imposed on the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS form 1099-misc for each winner whose prize is valued at six hundred dollars ($600) or more. 9. PRIVACY: Each Entrant agrees that personal data, including but not limited to, name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering the Sweepstakes. This data may also be used by Sponsor to verify an Entrant’s identity, valid e-mail address, postal address, and telephone number in the event an Entrant qualifies for any applicable Prize as well as to deliver the prize. All personal data collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy found at https://www.savemart.com/privacy-policy. 10. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize, Entrants agree to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designee the perpetual right to use their name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, Sweepstakes entry and statements for Sweepstakes, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered including but not limited to live television, the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review, or approval, and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. 11. DISQUALIFICATION: Any false information provided within the context of the Sweepstakes by any Entrant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, ownership of right or any other non-compliance with these Official Rules or the like may result in the immediate disqualification of the Entrant and/or Entry from the Sweepstakes. If it is discovered or suspected, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, that an Entrant has registered or attempted to register for the Sweepstakes using multiple e-mail addresses or identities, that Entrant, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be disqualified from participation. Any Entrant suspected of or found by Sponsor to be entering by automatic, programmed, script, bot, third-party or otherwise fraudulent method, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified and all Entries made by such methods will be disqualified. If an Entrant is suspected of submitting fraudulent Entries or of inciting others to submit fraudulent Entries on his/her behalf such Entries will be void and that Entrant may be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner, or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Sweepstakes. 12. INTERNET: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is canceled, terminated, modified and/or suspended, Sponsor may select the winners in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to such event. 13. RELEASE: By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective

officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrants represent and warrant that they own and/or have the authority to release the claims stated herein and each expressly waives Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.” 14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether or not caused by Entrants, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software, or lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with Sweepstakes, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, Entries, plays or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, garbled, delayed, misdirected or stolen mail or Entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entrant's Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. 15.
