The Experiential Planner, as the name suggests, addresses each individual involved in the planning of experiences from across formats of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events and also, other destination-led events, like weddings. An initiative of tmf dialogue marketing India, EP looks to provide all the information, connect and benefits necessary to better plan an experiential event in any destination across the globe.

Seven international partners were brought on board to carry out a road show in three Indian cities, to meet with planners and showcase their products. We call it ‘The Experiential Planner – Corporate Luncheons’. Event Schedule – July 2013

Top MICE / Experiential Event planners were engaged over a period of one month from the cities of Mumbai, New Delhi and Bengaluru with the help of an extensive tmf India data bank.



The planners were from the following sectors: Corporate event/business event planners, Business events/MICE agencies, Live/Luxury/Entertainment event agencies, Celebratory/Wedding/Social event planners, MICE/corporate travel agencies.



They were engaged by the means of personal calling, personal mailing, group mailers and personal e-invites.

Exclusive pages made for The Experiential Planner on platforms like Facebook, twitter and Pinterest. Generic MICE industry and destination led updates of each page until June end. Starting from July 1, we dedicated two days to each partner on our social media pages and through mailers. Destination specific mailers were sent to all the EVENTFAQS database. To back it up the fb cover photo was changes to the destinations’ official image. Posts related to the destination was made on our Facebook and twitter profiles and the destination board was made on Pinterest.
