The Singapore Stopover Holiday packages (SSHGC) are available to passengers staying in Singapore for at least one night (different check-in and check-out date) There is no KrisFlyer mileage accrual for hotel bookings made under the SSHGC packages. The maximum number of nights allowed for SSHGC booking is ten (10).

 

 GENERAL INFORMATION Place a booking for the desired package type and hotel at least 3 working days prior to the hotel check-in date. The following information must be provided:  Name(s) as stated in passport  Flight details, including arrival date in Singapore  Length of stay  Hotel required, with alternative choice  Room occupancy e.g. twin, single or twin room with extra bed You will receive documents confirming the name of the package that you have purchased. It is mandatory to bring the documents with you to Singapore and present it to our representative at the Singapore Airlines Holidays counter on arrival. You are also required to bring the documents to the hotel of your stay. The SSHGC packages are not sold in Singapore. Restrictions on sale of these packages may apply in some countries. Please contact your local travel agent, SQ or MI offices or send an email to [email protected].  SIA HOP-ON BUS & DEALS PASSES The respective passes are issued to arriving passengers at the Singapore Airlines Holidays counters. Upon arrival into Singapore (after immigration and custom procedures), please proceed to either counter located outside the transit area to collect the relevant passes: a) Arrival Hall of Changi Airport Terminal 2, counter number 13 (After Belt 36) b) Arrival Hall of Changi Airport Terminal 3, counter number 01-K14 (After Belt 44) In the event that you are not able to collect the passes upon arrival at Changi Airport, separate arrangements for collection can be made at an administrative charge of SGD30 per booking. Please contact our counter representative at +65 8484 3196. Please present your SSH pass and valid boarding pass/e-ticket for redemption at the participating establishment. The deals offered via the passes are for one-time use (unless otherwise stated) and only valid for the duration purchased. For passengers holding SSH passes, the deals will be valid up to your date of departure and is not valid for extended stays on passengers’ own arrangement. The use of the deals offered in any of the passes are not transferable. For arrivals from 1 April 2019, the inclusions for SSHGC will be based on the updated deals for FY19/20.  PRIVATE TRANSFERS Transfers are not included in the SSHGC packages. If required, they must be prearranged at least 3 working days prior to flight arrival. The chauffeur will meet you at the exit of your baggage belt in the Arrival Hall with a signage of your name. The chauffeur will wait up to one (1) hour from the time of your flight arrival. Separate arrangement must be made for wheelchair-friendly (either motorized or nonmotorized wheelchairs) transfers at a charge. Advance reservations are required and information can be obtained through the nearest SQ or MI office or with your local travel agent. Please refer to our Add-Ons chart for the applicable charges. Passengers with transfers will be accompanied by the chauffeur to the Singapore Airlines Holidays counter for collection of their SSH pass.  ACCOMMODATION Hotel rooms are standard rooms at minimum (refer to brochure for room size and image guideline). As hotels may conduct renovations from time to time, room sizes and images are meant only as a guide. Allocation of room category is at the discretion of the hotel. The number of rooms booked cannot exceed the number of passengers. Room configuration is as follows: Single (SGLB)



Applies to an individual booking i.e. 1 adult only. The individual pays the single price.

Twin (TWNB)

 

Applies to 2 adults sharing one room, with each paying the twin-sharing price. Applies to 1 child sharing a room with 1 adult. Each person pays the twin-sharing price.

Triple (TRPB)



Applies to a maximum of 3 adults sharing one room, with each adult paying the twin-sharing price. The 3rd adult will be provided with either an existing bedding or a rollaway bed. Applies to 1 child sharing a room with 2 adults. The child pays the twin-sharing price. Only 1 extra bed will be provided. Applies to 2 children sharing a room with 1 adult. Each child pays the twin-sharing price. Only 1 extra bed will be provided. Applies to 2 children sharing a room with 2 adults. The first child pays the twin-sharing price. Only 1 extra bed will be provided. The second child will share the room on existing bedding without charge.

Hotel check-in time varies between 12 noon and 3pm. The usual hotel check-out time is before 12 noon. Hotels reserve the right to charge for periods when the room is occupied before or after official check-in/check-out time. While making your reservation, please consider whether your booking requires early check-in and/or late check-out. For SSHGC packages, you may request for services such as double bed, inter-connecting room, smoking/non-smoking room, low/high floor, etc. However, these requests are not guaranteed and are subject to room availability on the day of arrival. Passengers who have booked the SSHGC packages are entitled to a discount of up to 50% at the participating F&B outlets of selected hotels. Please ask your hotel about the selected food outlet(s) where the discount applies. The discount does not apply during festive seasons and on the eve of public holidays.  CHANGE OF BOOKING Amendments are not allowed.  CANCELLATION AND NO SHOWS For cancellations and “no-shows”, a fee equivalent to the full price of the entire duration of stay is chargeable.  REFUNDS Packages are non-refundable. There is no refund for unused or partially used items in the packages. Inclusive benefits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of claims if not utilized.  VISA REQUIREMENTS It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that passports, visas and all travel documents are valid for entry into Singapore and other destinations (if applicable).  ITEMS NOT INCLUDED Airport taxes, seaport taxes, surcharges, visa fees, sales taxes, exit charges levied by local authorities, custom duties, excess baggage charges, porter charge, personal and baggage insurance, laundry, meals, internet and all other expenses not specifically listed in this receipt/ brochure are not included in the price/ package. Usage of facilities at some hotels such as the health centre, business centre, spa, etc., may be subject to a fee. Passengers are advised to check with hotels prior to use.  OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS All arrangements in this brochure for transport, accommodation or other services, except air transportation (the “Services”) are provided by suppliers independent of Tradewinds Tours & Travel Pte Ltd (“TTT”), SQ, MI and/or participating partner airlines. SQ, MI and participating partner airlines only provide air transportation. Your contractual or other relationship is directly with the supplier of the Services and independent of SQ, MI or any participating partner. The Services are provided based on the terms and conditions of the supplier of the Services. Any limitations, which apply to the carrier’s liability in respect of air transport as a result of the Warsaw Convention and the Montreal Convention (amended or unchanged), whichever shall be applicable, will also apply for the benefit of the organiser and supplier of the services. TTT, SQ, MI, any participating partner airline, their employees and/or agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, expense, injury, accident, or death that occurs as a result of the provision of the Services. TTT, SQ, MI, any participating partner airline, their employees and/or agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, expense, injury, accident, or death that occurs from causes outside their reasonable control or from any act or omission of a party other than themselves. In no event will the liability of TTT, SQ, MI, any participating partner airline, their employees and/or agents for any loss, damage, delay, or expense exceed as an absolute maximum the price of the Services obtained.  GOVERNING LAW The terms and conditions herein constitute the entire agreement amongst TTT, SQ, MI and their participating partner airlines with you for the SSHGC packages. This agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You will have to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. In the interpretation of these conditions, no rules of construction will apply to the disadvantage of any party on the basis that that party drafted that condition.
