WEEK 3:FREEDOM THROUGH CHRIST FOCUS Freedom and change are not the result of us exerting our own willpower. It is the result of God’s power working through us as we put faith in Jesus’ finished work on the cross.

GROUP DISCUSSION 1. The ideal me is the free me. What does the ideal YOU look like?
 2. Have you ever tried to get yourself free from strongholds using your own willpower? What was the result?
 3. Jesus claimed His victory on the cross, but we are the enforcers of that victory. What are some ways you can practically enforce that victory in your life?
 4. We have the authority to stop every attack of the enemy. Why do we hesitate to walk in this authority? Authority is greater than power.

5. How does it make you feel when you hear that Christ can break your stronghold IMMEDIATELY?

MAKE IT PRACTICAL 1.

When confronted with the attack of the enemy this week, vocally proclaim your authority over him through Jesus Christ.
