The Shootout on Anglers Ridge March 11th 2012 - Driving Directions From Lynchburg (north):

Hwy 29 South past Gretna and Chatham to Danville.

55 miles - 1 hour 15 minutes

Driving south on the Hwy 29 Expressway, take the Dan Daniels Park exit (the next exit past Hwy 58). Turn left at the top of the exit and drive until you come to a stop sign. Turn right onto Stinson Drive followed by a quick left onto Northside Drive. Turn left at bottom of hill. Parking on left just past pedestrian walking bridge.

From Greensboro (south):

Hwy 29 North past Reidsville to Danville.

45 miles - 1 hour

Driving north on the Hwy 29 Expressway, take the Dan Daniels Park exit (the next exit past Goodyear Blvd). Turn right at the top of the exit and drive until you come to a stop sign. Turn right onto Stinson Drive followed by a quick left onto Northside Drive. Turn left at bottom of hill. Parking on left just past pedestrian walking bridge.

From Raleigh-Durham (southeast):

Boston (east):

30 miles - 30 minutes

Driving west on Interstate 40/85 towards Greensboro take Exit 160 (Efland-Cedar Grove Road). Turn right at end of off ramp. Drive 1/2 mile, cross over train tracks turn left. Drive 1/4 mile cross over Hwy 70 (stoplight). Continue straight for 10 miles. Turn left onto Hwy 86 and head northwestward through Yanceyville to Danville. 1 mile past VA State Line turn right to join Hwy 29 North (Danville Expressway). Driving north on the Hwy 29 Expressway, take the Dan Daniels Park exit (the next exit past Goodyear Blvd.) Turn right at the top of the exit and drive until you come to a stop sign. Turn right onto Stinson Drive followed by a quick left onto Northside Drive. Turn left at bottom of hill. Parking on left just past pedestrian walking bridge. Driving west on Hwy 58, turn left onto Airport Rd (at stoplight). Continue down this road past control tower and it will turn sharply to the right. You are now on Stinson Drive. Drive 1.5 miles and turn left onto Northside Drive. Turn left at bottom of hill. Parking on left just past pedestrian walking bridge.

From Roanoke (northwest): 85 miles 1 hour 30 minutes

Driving south on Hwy 220 to Martinsville. Take Martinsville bypass and then follow Martinsville directions below.

From Martinsville (west):

Driving east on Hwy 58, take the Hwy 29 Expressway before you reach the City of Danville. Drive about eight (8) miles around the south side of town and then towards the north.

Driving north on the Hwy 29 Expressway, take the Dan Daniels Park exit (the next exit past Goodyear Blvd). Turn right at the top of the exit and drive until you come to a stop sign. $5.00 "One-Day" surcharge OR "Annual" license required for CAT 2 (Sport) and CAT 3 (Beginner) races
