RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR The board of directors (the “Board”) of Tesson Holdings Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that with effect from 21 September 2015, Mr. Wang Feng Wu has resigned as an executive director of the Company and Mr. Zhang Jianxing has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company respectively due to their other business engagements. Mr. Wang Feng Wu and Mr. Zhang Jianxing have confirmed to the Company that, in relation to their resignation, (i) they have no disagreement with the Board; and (ii) there is no matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Wang Feng Wu and Mr. Zhang Jianxing for their advices and contributions to the Company during the tenure of their service to the Company.
