CITY SIDE ALFRESCO A fully covered, versatile space that is able to be booked 7 days a week from 3pm. It offers access to our large downstairs bar, all facilities, its own entry (dependent on logistics on the day of function) as well as beautiful views of the Perth CBD and the Elizabeth Quay inlet. It is a great option for your next casual networking event, business presentation or private celebration. CAPACITY / AVAILABILITY All year round - 20 to 120 guests. (conditions & charges apply for exclusive use). A minumum spend of $20pp applies for non-exclusive use, required to be spent by the host on food and beverages. Excelusive use on application only. All functions are required to start no later than 630pm.

SOUTH SIDE ALFRESCO Need a little more privacy? Our south side alfresco area can be found at the rear of our venue with views across the Swan River to Kings Park. Offering a fully enclosed space with access to all facilities, a versatile floor plan and access to our large inside bar. The space is a great option for a more discreet networking event, presentation or a private celebration. CAPACITY / AVAILABILITY 20 to 60 guests standing. Our Southside Alfresco attracts a minumum spend of $1000 (April to October) and $1500 (November to March) for exclusive use. This is required to be spent by the host on food and beverages. All functions are required to start no later than 7pm.

THE DINING ROOM Enjoy your next corporate lunch or dinner in our absolutely stunning first floor dining room. Marvel at one of Perth’s best river views as you enjoy a seasonal 2 or 3 course set menu complimented by a savvy drinks list. Perfect for your next end of project dinner, corporate lunch or private celebration. The space is also available for early morning presentations and small corporate breakfast groups of 50-70 guests. It provides exclusive access, complete privacy, AV capabilities and full catering based on your group’s needs (conditions & charges apply). CAPACITY / AVAILABILITY Available all year round - 70 guests seated. Groups of 14 or more guests are required to enjoy a 2 or 3 course set menu. Exclusive use of the Dining Room does attract a minimum spend that is required to be spent on food and beverage by the host. P.O.A. Start times for lunch and dinner functions are by negotiation only.

HENRY’S ROOFTOP BAR Enjoy an almost 360 degree view of King’s Park, Perth City and our iconic Swan River in our top level rooftop bar, Henry’s. Fully enclosed with retractable roofing and drop down blinds, enjoy the space all year round. The space offers access to the large sweeping bar, facilities, AV capabilities and a private entrance. Perfect for your next corporate cocktail event, networking sundowner, important presentation or private celebration. CAPACITY / AVAILABILITY Available all year round - 20 to 140 guests. (conditions & charges apply for exclusive use). Minimum spend of $20pp (Mon-Thurs) and $30pp (Fri-Sun) applies for non-exclusive use. This is required to be spent on food and beverage by the host. Excelusive use on application only. All functions are required to start no later than 6pm.

We are proud to offer an inhouse cake making service. Please be aware that we are not a speciality cake shop, so our designs although beautiful, are limited.

ADDITIONAL STAFF If you require additional staff for your event please talk to your event coordinator. We are able to assist at a rate of $45 per staff member per hour, minimum of 3 hours. *All items listed are not included in the minimum spend and are charged at an additional cost*

Kick off your event in style with freshly shucked oysters. It is the perfect addition to your standing canapé or seated option. Cost includes: »» 1 x chef oyster shucking for 1 hour (each additonal hour required charged at $50/hour) »» Freshly shucked with accompaniments

Welcome your guests with something a little special and treat them to delectable house cured and imported meats, a selection of cheeses, pickles, condiments, crackers and breads. This is a wonderful addition to a standing canape event or to compliment a cheese or dessert table.
