Think About YOU Get inspired to look after yourself

Keeping in touch with people who make you feel good. A young carer: “I skype my cousin probably every other night we are only two months apart (age wise) and we are basically like sisters. She used to live about a minute away from me but when we were about 11 she moved so she is now a 3 hour drive away. This was really hard because we had never really been separated but with skype its like she is right there with me. It’s nice because i can leave the room at any point to do something and i know she'll still be there or if i'm out and about i can use the skype app on my phone to video call her. She's hilarious on skype as she's forever screen shotting pictures of me when it’s frozen. I think if people aren't using skype and have someone they would like to talk to more they should because it's just like they’re there with you in the room.”
