Titan RHEMS200 (4 way & 6 way) Stainless Steel Fire Monitor Nominal flow 20,000 l/min z Simple and reliable design z Low maintenance z Most models available with lever or gearbox control z Suitable for use where explosive atmospheres may be present

The Angus RHEMS200 stainless steel monitor is designed for remote control in both the horizontal and vertical planes and for a fog/jet nozzle or branch pipe spreader where fitted. Hydraulic motors move the monitor components using hydraulic pressure generated by individual electrically driven hydraulic power packs usually mounted on the monitor plinth. Two reversible power packs (4 way) provide movement in the horizontal and vertical planes and a third reversible power pack is fitted (6 way) to power a fog/jet nozzle or foam cannon spreader if needed. Electrical power is supplied to the hydraulic power packs via a master control panel which can be situated any distance from the monitor. Secondary, or slave, control panels can be situated close to the monitor if necessary. Both the hydraulic motors and the hydraulic power packs are certified for use in areas where explosive gasses may be present.

Master electrical panels are normally mounted in safe areas, but secondary panels can be supplied in explosive proof enclosures where necessary. Hydraulic fluid is normally fed to the motors via flexible hydraulic pipes which allow the monitor to rotate 360º stop to stop. All hydraulic motors and piston actuators are provided with manual override handles (and hydraulic re-circulation valves) to enable the monitor to be steered manually if power fails. All RHEMS monitors are based on a proven low maintenance design developed over 20 years Monitor materials Stainless steel body to AISI 16 / SS316 Material certification to EN 10204 3.1 is available on request Plinth material Stainless Steel SS316

Note: The jet throw depends on a number of variables such as wind direction, type and concentration of foam in the water and the condition of the monitor water ways and nozzle. For throw and height calculations at different inlet pressures and flows and for different nozzles and angles refer to the Angus interactive electronic data sheet..
