Already have a SMARTlink account? Your account will automatically transfer to PARKS DIRECT if:
Need to create a new account? If your SMARTlink account does not automatically transfer OR if you’re a new customer:
❏ Visit pgparks.com and click on the PARKS DIRECT logo to create an online account.
❏ You have a balance or a credit on your account.
❏ You’ve registered for a course

If you don’t have an active email address on your current SMARTlink account, please contact the Customer Service Help Desk at 301-699-2255 (CALL) to add an email address to your account before doing business online. VISIT A STAFFED FACILITY TO RECEIVE A RESIDENCY DISCOUNT Visit a staffed facility before or on the day your classes begin and provide proof of residency.
